what size stainless steel screws should be used to stack up the polylok septic tank risers?

It comes with screws and I believe they are 1 1/2"

Does this come with the lid and base as pictures show? Some vendors use deceptive pictures, asking for clarity.

Can i use my current metal lid on this?

I have a norwesco 2500 gal water tank and want to add this to the 20" access opening.....will this work ???? Do I have to seal it ???

Should work but I don't know for sure; they have other models that have a square at the bottom that would work for sure; yes you would have to seal it or ground water will leak in
