is pro-logic P 14W3 cast iron wok made in the USA?

All Lodge cast iron is made in South Pittsburg, TN. It is off I-24 (Kimball/S. Pittsburg exit) about 1 hour west of Chattanooga. They have a factory outlet store there that is wonderful to go thru. I used to live in a neighbouring town and my bank was in S. Pittsburg.

will it heat evenly on a glass top stove?

I know it heats very evenly on the grate of a gas stove, for I have used it several times since I got it. I believe the same pattern of heat distribution would prevail on a glass top as well. I believe this, because the wok has a ring built into the bottom and no separate ring is required. This ring on its bottom would facilitate the heat distribution evenly. I offer this opinion based on the fact that I am a retired Aerospace Engineer, and heat distribution has to be considered in every satellite placed in orbit, so it was essential to us the proper materials and to understand heat dispersion.

It fits exactly 6 liters or 1.585 US liquid gallons measured to the very top edge.

What is the best lid for this wok? Actually it has outer diameter 14 inch and inner 13.75... Can anybody recommend the perfect cover ?
