Work very well; super cheap and last long!
These work extremely well and last a very long time, even with regular washing with soap & water. They have greatly reduced my metatarsal pain when used in conjunction with my orthodics. Highly recommend.

Waste of money
They don't stick

Huge difference in pain with these on.
I was going to come here and say these aren't shaped good for my feet. Now looking at the picture I see how it's supposed to stick on which was close to how I had it but not quite. That being said I'm in love. I mean absolute love. I get metatarsalgia maybe once a year or so and it's painful to walk with it. I've spent a week or so in pain this time. I put one of these on and it instantly made a world of difference. I'm not going to say I'm pain free but I'm considerably pain reduced.

Used one pad for eight hours, washed, air ...
Used one pad for eight hours, washed, air dried has zero sticking power and item is being returned. I'm going back to PediFix Pedi-gel Dancer's Pads, 2-Count, also sold here.

Definitely better than nothing, as are the other two brands I'm using
Thank goodness for these pads (as well as the three other products I've been trying, all of which help a fair bit, to make it possible to walk rather than hobble). These do actually stay adhered to the foot through most regular daily activity; I've worn them barefoot around the house, and even a little bit outside. More often, I've worn them inside a pair of light, rubber-soled slippers, with arch supports in addition~~I hate the ravages of time on my poor feet. I don't know how much they help with actually dancing, and I doubt they'd be secure enough to use when dancing barefoot to any degree of high energy, especially if trying to do turns. I'm determined to start more serious dancing again soon, and hope these will fit inside ballet slippers, jazz sneakers and pointe shoes~~we'll see. In any case, they help make standing poses in yoga more possible again. It does get uncomfortable after awhile, having these stuck to the skin (and we're supposed to remove these, or any of these adhering cushions, after a few hours, to let things breathe, anyway). Also, they come loose if worn while swimming; that seems to be the case with the other two adhesive pads I've tried as well (those are Dr. Jills Gel Ball of Foot Cushions, and PediFix Pedi-gel Dancer's Pads; I think the Dr. Jill's ones are the best at staying reliably stuck on, of all three; on the other hand, they're slightly bulkier, and can't be worn with some shoes, as there's just not enough room). The fourth product I've been trying is not adhesive, but is a kind of cushion connected with elastic fabric that is worn rather like a padded bra for the foot. I don't know if those are sold on Amazon; I bought a pair on ebay from some Chinese company. That's a good alternative sometimes, especially when you don't want the feeling of something clinging to your skin. Best option: Don't let your feet get old and troublesome.

Hooray!
I can use these with All my sandals, and they Really, Really work in correcting foot alignment and in alleviating metatarsal pain. They work equally well in clogs and sneakers. I am Thrilled (and feel Very Lucky) to have discovered these -- and of course I Wish that they had been around when I was dancing. Oh, well . . . I need them more now.

Not for dancing
I wore these with some tall wedges for performing and they started sliding down into my toes. They were not comfortable at this point but they were originally. If you plan on using these while dancing, i suggest you look somewhere else because they don't stay on very well. For a casual dinner these may be work just fine.

A good product that did not work for me.
I loved these but could only get a maximum of 3 or 4 uses before they rolled back on themselves in my shoe and lost all adhesive in that area. I tried all the cleaning tips I found for them and my feet but nothing solved my problem. I'm sure the problem has to do with the open toed medical support hose I wear which slide back past the top of the pad.
