Can i makeup these ears?

Off course you can, i have changed the color with BB cream to fit my skin color.

Are there Shades for people of color or just white people?

I don’t believe they offer a darker skin color range, mine are extremely pale & paler than my skin, which is already quite fair.

How do you keep these on? They don't really have a specific place to apply spirit gum/glue . . .

Mine fit and hold nicely without glue.
