It's a bit misleading that the picture shows a multicolored setting, which is not the case. You'll be able to switch between a multitude of colors, but no setting to enable a rainbow setting or any form of variation. Rather you'll be able to select your choice of solid colors with options to switch between different strobes and or fade settings. Not a deal breaker especially if you're just needing one main color to match the theme of your environment, but still a bit misleading nonetheless. Setup was easy to install. It comes with plastic notches, which can either be tacked into a wall or the adhesive strips that can stick. For me, I followed the trim of my cubicle workstation to add a bit of visual ambience while I work. And so far I like it. Do also keep in mind that you won't be able to bend the strip forward and backward as there will end up being an awkward bend in the cable. I tried to cut a portion of the rubber lining that I assumed had no wiring inside of it and ended up cutting the power supply to the rest of the cable. Good to know at least the LED will light up up until the part it's been cut, however I reduced the full extend of the cable. The remote works well and provides a plethora of color options(just not any rainbow or mix of colors) and let's you adjust the brightness level and or timer settings. It's a basic LED strip just like any other, though it is fairly heavy and more durable than lighter ones. It lacks in flexibility and color range, but excels in length, durability and adhesion/ mounting

Part of the LED strip is defective. One section stays stuck in red/pink colors no matter which color I select in the app or remote. The rest of the strip changes colors normally, but that specific area does not respond correctly. I already tried changing colors, restarting it, and reconnecting everything, but the issue remains the same. It appears that some LEDs in that section are burned out or defective.

These neon LED strip lights are a nice way to add color around a desk, gaming setup, shelf, or room edge. The strip has more of a smooth rope-light look than the exposed-dot style of regular LED strips, so it gives off a cleaner glow once installed. The colors are bright and look good for accent lighting, especially in a darker room. Setup is pretty straightforward, and I like that it includes both remote and app control. The remote is the easiest way to change colors, brightness, and basic modes quickly. The app adds more options like timers and music sync, which is fun if you want the lights to react to sound or turn on automatically. The strip feels more durable than the thinner LED tape style lights, but that also means it is not as easy to make sharp bends or tight turns. It works best for straight runs or gentle curves. Overall, this is a good set of decorative lights for adding color and mood lighting, just plan your layout before mounting since it is more of a flexible neon rope than a thin bend-anywhere LED strip.

I wanted this to create a bit of wall art in my office. I was hopeful that it would at least bear a resemblance to a genuine neon sign and I have to say, I'm pretty happy with it. First of all, the color range: Seems you get a robust selection of color options, controllable with the remote and if you don't quite get the color you want there, you can always get more precise with the app. Granted, I found that there were still some limits (the app colors didn't exactly match what I was seeing sometimes) but that's often the case with these RGB LEDs. This didn't feel flimsy. Build quality seems to be decent and I have no concerns about being able to pull this off the wall and re-use it over and over again. My niece even jump roped with it for a bit. The only thing that isn't re-usable are the adhesive wall mounting clips. Though in theory you could re-use those, too, if you use the screw in method, rather than the double sided adhesive. Installation is very easy. Those clips can be screwed into a surface or stuck on using the double sided tape. Holds well.

I love LED lights in general. I usually get the ones where it’s got the adhesive on the back and they burn out after six months but this one’s really cool because there’s no adhesive on the back at all its just one light strip. It came with a giant remote control which actually turned on a color changing light bulb that was stagnant for about 4 yrs. I attached a video to show the different options. There’s also an app in case you want to use that with Bluetooth. I haven’t tried the music feature yet. Some issues: Okay this was a challenge to set up by myself. It looks pretty simple but since there’s no adhesive backing it comes with clips that you put the adhesive on and the back part is silicon behind the lights that is supposed to border inside these clips. I had to angle some of the clips sideways because the lights were just sticking out of the brackets. At one point it came crashing down. Above the towel I hung up are two sturdy hooks which are good for precaution. With these types of lights I would recommend to have some small command hooks just in case the adhesive gives way. Overall I’m very satisfied with the product. I have a fish that is nearby and he loves staring at the different colors. I’d love to get more to replace my burned out lights.

These neon LED strip lights were easy to hang and easy to get working. The remote offers several lighting combinations, and the app adds even more options, which makes them fun to use. I was especially impressed with the music-sync feature. The lights responded well and flashed along with the music, which looked really nice. The main drawback I found is with the app’s music mode. For the lights to keep syncing to the music, the app had to stay open on that specific part of the app. I could not switch to doing something else on my phone without affecting that feature. For anyone who likes to multitask, that may be inconvenient. Overall, these lights are bright, flexible, and fun to use, especially for adding color to a room or entertainment space. The app limitation was a downside for me, but the lights still worked well and looked great.

These are really cool looking but they do not stick well. We have had to rehang them multiple times & get new tape. That being said they seem durable as they aren’t damaged from the falls. They are easy to control with the remote and I appreciate that the brightness can be adjusted.
