Good Ratchet for Moderate intensity
I bought this after doing a review of all of the available motorized ratchets, to assess which might meet the needs of a weekend auto mechanic (hence the first person). I've used everything from Black and Decker to Makita to Milwaukee to Husky tools, as well as Harbor Freight, all of which have their pro's and con's. After looking extensively and trying out some of the various options from friends and the stores, I settled on the Aoben, based on cost, durability, the two batteries, and the 2000 mAh ratings (as well as the various reviews out there). When I got the kit, I tested the amount of charge on one of the batteries, assuming they'd be close to one another. The other one I put on the charger to see how long it would take to charge. Battery 1 was able to get through an afternoon of wrenching, pulling out various bolts from from the engine and transmission of an air cooled vehicle. I'd say I used it all told about a half hour, dropping it twice when reaching for some tight areas under the hood. (I used it outside of the motorized aspect as well - it's a 'regular' ratchet wrench as well). No issue with that. It still had charge, and when I put it on the charger it took about 35 minutes to fully charge. The smaller head was able to get into some cramped areas, which was greatly appreciated particularly when one can only 'feel' but not 'see' the nut. Battery 2 took about 48 minutes to charge (from red to green on the indicator), and the swap was fairly easy - it's a bit tight for the batteries, but only took a modicum of pulling to get it out.The functionality was no issue with both the tool and the metric sockets that came with the kit. I was also usingmy old hex attachments which were longer, and I didn't have any issues with those either. I did notice I scraped the plastic just above the battery when the tool got caught on the hood brace, but otherwise the two drops (from about waist height) didn't seem to cause any issue.Of note this is made in China - like virtually all of the other motorized ratchet wrenches I looked at (Makita and Kimo being the exceptions). At least for a weekend mechanic, the Aoben works well for what I need it for, and potentially even more than that. It isn't as heavy as some of the others, it's well balanced, and as noted, it can fit into some tight areas which others might not be able to do so. Although I wish the finish was a bit better (that plastic scrape was my fault, though), I'm otherwise pleased with the tool, the batteries, and the sockets. It's high value for the price.

Light and durable
Light durable tool, comes in handy and makes my job so much easier. Battery lasts for a good while and charges quick, still havent had to use the second battery it came with.

Lacks power but makes a lot of jobs more convenient
I bought the half-inch version (with 74 ft-lbs of claimed torque rather than the 40 ft-lbs of the 3/8 inch)Cons:- Lack of power; it doesn't make nearly as much as the claimed 74 ft-lbs of torque- Long and bulky; but to be fair, so is every cordless ratchet on the marketPros:- 1/2 inch drive; I can use the same sockets that I use for my impact wrenches. Thus there's no need for me to get a full set of 3/8 sockets.- Comfortable and ergonomic in tight spacesIt will never replace my hand ratchets or my impact wrenches in any task, but it is a good addition that makes tasks a lot quicker and more comfortable than with just hand ratchets and impact alone.

Like It a lot!
Just received it today (ordered yesterday), charged batteries, less than 30 min and whammo... does what it supposed to do, turn bolts and nuts so you don't bust your knuckles or wear your hands and arms out with a reg. ratchet in tight, awful difficult spots (as in car starters) There's always a bolt that is hidden and hard to access under cars in the garage and elsewhere. Yes, it's not a Tork monster, but it's not meant to be, as none of these type electric rachets are, ALL are limited and not a 20-volt impact driver caliber. However, it makes threading and unthreading bolts and nuts a breeze, and it can be used as a reg. ratchet to loosen then spin those pesky bolts/nuts off and on. like man, makes life easy, a real time saver!!!...This kit is an awesome won't break the bank and is well made even better than some brand names! Two batts, nice MM sockets, small extention and soft case, I don't know why I didn't get one years ago!Update:12/10/2024 Still working perfect. I use this rachet weekly. I haven't at times been gentle with it yet it still functions to a level with the big cost units. It's been dropped accidently several times from waste high on to concrete floor, scraped, dented etc. etc. this tool is amazing. I did buy some nice deep well sockets off amazon to get me more socket flexibility. The batteries are solid and stay charged for a long time. Included some pics of features I forgot to mention like its variable speed, has batt status of green, yellow and red, safety switch lock, the control switch trigger doesn't flop around and is metal, charger works perfect and quick. This is an amazing package so still thumbs up from me.

Makes work a lot easier
Great tool helps run down those fasteners in tight spots. Everything comes in a nice carrying case and the speed of the ratchet is pretty good. The only gripe I have is that it is not variable speed which a lot of the name brand ratchets are. But for about $90 you can’t go wrong.

Do not buy, batteries lasted 4 months.
At first I was ecstatic with my purchase. The battery life was great, it would last almost an entire day of using it to pull tedious bolts. I used it to pull timing cover bolts, caliper bolts, just about anything that would require less than 25lbs torque. I love the extended reach of the ratchet body. It will achieve almost 40 lbs of torque when tightening bolts, so I had to use some caution not to snap off small bolts. Recently one battery went bad, it would only last about 5 minutes, then just one use. Then about a week later the other did the same. The charger shows charging but the battery life is less than a minute one one battery and nothing on the other. Lesson learned: buck up and buy the Milwaukee (or other name brand tool), it may be 4x the cost but it will still be working years to come.
