My last Iron lasted over 14yrs. I hope this one is as good. The heat level is great. The Iron quality is superb as all Black and Decker irons are. The cord is not retractible on this model. I have had no issue with water leakage and using the steam option helps with removing wrinkles. The safety feature works to shut off iron if left on while not in use after 3-5 mins.

I was very impress with this iron it does a very good job. It steams your clothes very well and I like a lot of steam on my clothes .

Nice and compact iron fro my occasional needs. Itw works perfectly and can iron all kind of fabrics to remove wrinkles. Lightweight and durable product.
