This works fine for an already difficult product. I personally dislike Epoxy grouts but these get specified for certain applications. The grout is miserable to clean off and it gets worse are it cures. This is a must to remove the haze. I gave it 4 stars because it is expensive and you still have to work very hard to get effective results. Mapei makes the grout and the remover. You would think they could make a remover that required less work. You must use White scotch brite type pads to get decent results.

After being cheap and mopping 12 times, this stuff took only one application and the haze was gone.

Works better than anything you will find in a big box store. My local tile and floor supplier stocks this for maybe thirty percent less, but it's a 90 minute round trip to get there. Has a relatively inoffensive odor, does not require much effort or any tools to use. Overall a decent value even considering the price vs time saved.

Excellent solution for my over grouted Pebble tile! I made the mistake of not wiping off the grout and boy was that a big mistake on my part. oh my God how am I going to scrub this stuff away!?! But when I read the reviews to this solution that would remove not only the haze but the toughness from the grout that sat there for a week! I bought two bottles and I used it straight out without adding water plus I used a steel scrubber pad and a wet sponge to clean my Pebble floor. Here are some before and after pics. This solution is a lifesaver I was afraid I had to rip up the floors again and start from scratch but I didn't have to thanks to this product.

Performed as expected, easy to clean off epoxy grout haze, low smell…. A little goes a long way so def getting a good value for the money spent.
