Which is correct: customer pic of label showing facility has nuts -- or "allergen-free facility" claims in product description?

I know this question is old, but I just got a box and it says that the bars are “manufactured free from the top 12 allergens” on the back of the box. No mention of nuts in the facility.

Are these smaller than the regular that’s it bars?
