Thermwell TV207417 Rectangle A/C Cover, 36 by 48 by 34"

Main pro is this was very cheap, like $15 and it’s pretty big. However the tarp material is kind of thin, I don’t see this holding up for years of use. It comes with a thin bungee type cable to wrap around it but that is also very thin and weak. The wind easily took this off my kids play set that I was trying to protect from the snow, so I may have to look at other ways to wrap it to stay on.

I had a hard time finding a rectangular cover that would fit my air conditioner. I came across this one online and thought I'd give it a try. It's a little thinner than I'd like but did not tear or rip with normal use. Being thin it folded up pretty small for storage when I wasn't using it. My main complaint from giving this 5 stars is there are no grommets on it so that I could secure it better to the ground, and the strap that goes around it is really flexible so pulling it very tight isn't an option. For the price and what it does though it's pretty good.

I bought it for my new heat pump, quality is ok, hope can protect sunshine and raining.

Wanted something that would cover a mobility scooter outside when it rains. This definitely does. It is huge and does the job. Maybe a little to big. Lol

Mine was obviously a return because the package was sealed with clear packing tape, the product was obviously not in it's original folds, there was a cut on the top of the cover (probably where the original purchaser cut open the package) that I sealed with duct tape, and the elastic cord was missing. Those are all marks against the vendor, not the product though.Much thinner material than expected, but sized large enough to fit on my old horizontal unit. Not that impressed with the manufacturing: The stitching isn't great, and the material does not seem like it's going to be very durable. I've had cheap tarps with a similar loose weave and they did not last very long. We'll see how long this lasts, I'll happily upgrade it if it makes it through this winter.EDIT: As of February 3, 2016, it's holding up better than I anticipated. So far it's had unexpectedly hot weather, El Nino rains, cold/freezing temps, and high winds. So far it's still holding up. I'm still leaving it at 3 stars until I see its condition at the end of the season in a few months, but, so far so good.

The cover was delivered quicky and it fit perfectly over our grill. The tie at the bottom will hold it securely .
