Stark USA Portable Oxygen Acetylene Welder Include Nozzles Cutting Torch, Gauge, Regulators Set With 15'ft Hose, Carrying Case

This is the same as my Victor 100 that I have had for 40 years. Unfortunately, the Victor is wore out and it would cost the same as buying this set to have repaired. My Victor tips and handle will fit this new unit so I can still use them. This is not a heavy duty cutting/welding set. I think it will cut 1/4 steel without any problems but I would not attempt 1/2" without some major preheating. All in all, this is a great deal for the money. This set does not come with anti-backfire valves that need to be ordered separately. Never run without them.

The hose and the regulator are wrong size for my torch so I add a picture with a check mark to show you the right acetylene regulator so I’m going to return it to the UPS store.

OK for the price but certainly lower quality than a Victor set, however my big issue with this set is the rosebud is really sensitive to the oxygen level. I found the oxygen has to be leaned very slowly toward getting the perfect flame. The "sweet spot" for the oxygen is small. It wastes a long of gas messing around with leaning the flame out and flashbacks. Ya get what you pay for.

The valve is kinda chincy but works great. I was actually surprised they worked so well

Great value for the money. Was cheaper to replace my entire kit rather than just the OXY regulator
