Easycalm definitely works. I'm getting better sleep and feel much more relaxed during the day. I'm not a huge fan of the flavor though, and it leaves a slight aftertaste. Still, it does exactly what it claims!

It's more of a gentle helper than a strong sleep aid, so set expectations accordingly — if you have serious insomnia this won't be a cure. Convenient if you already have a nightly drink routine, and the jar goes a decent way for the price.

Wow, this stuff is absolutely amazing. First of all, it tastes great. It has stevia in it, which I usually hate, but this tasted like classic blue raspberry kool-aid. Kinda dangerous to be honest. The powder dissolves immediately. Both my husband and I have insomnia so we are always looking for stuff that will knock us out. We've tried everything. This absolutely did the trick. When I take this, I am asleep within twenty minutes, and my sleep is deep and beautiful. It's wildly effective. Also, I work out pretty hard and sometimes at night my muscles get twitchy and sore right before bed. This drink in particular helps so much with that. It relaxes my whole body. Absolutely worth the money, especially if you are wanting to avoid pills.
