Works but horrible taste
Very good pre workout, gives me eneegy without feeling crazy. I don’t drink coffee, so this was a big boost. My partner didn’t find it very strong, but he’s used to caffeine. However the taste is absolutely horrible, really disgusting and it’s stays in the mouth. Need to drink tea to make it go away! Glad I only bought the small pack to try out.

When the package arrived I just couldn't believe how small it was. Certainly not value for money. Taste ok but not strong

Great stuff
After struggling to get through my workouts due to depleted energy levels, I opted for this as my pre workout and it didn’t disappoint! My workouts are not only completed but I feel like I could keep going, it tastes good, mixes easily and I would definitely recommend!

Nice taste waste of money
If your looking for a pre-workout powder that has no information on actual amounts off BCAAs and caffeine then pick this. Other wise it's a waste of your money, I've get a better pump from having a cup of tea with three tea bags in.This flavour did show up when made. Wasn't bad for a mixed berry
