I was a little skeptical buying this paint sprayer with it being relatively inexpensive. I used it first to paint my porch, which has plenty of spindles. It worked really well, but lots of overspray, with nothing behind the spindles. Probably not the best choice to use this. If you do, cover everything. I spent an hour power washing my exterior after it was done. It does save you paint, regardless of overspray.I thought I was going to go through the paint reservoir in a matter of minutes. It lasted way longer than expected, with infrequent refills (sometimes a good half hour to an hour before I had too). Also, if you are painting over with the same color, it is really hard to tell how much paint it is putting out.So, the next day I was hesitant, as I was painting our 2 metal garage doors from light brown to white. I didn't want to deal with clean up. I started on the bottom panels with a roller and trim brush. It was taking forever and the trim brush just mostly smeared the paint. Probably took an hour and a half just for the bottom section panels. I attempted the paint sprayer, and wow, I had a first coat on the entire 2 car and 1 car garage door in probably an hour or less. The difference in color you could really tell how much the paint sprayer was putting out. Second and third coat went even faster. I also rolled once more which was only a few minutes for each door. The sprayer saved me hours of work and little to no overspray at all.Really happy with the purchase. It's not perfect, but does save time and paint. Used less than 3 gallons for both projects. I wouldn't say it's the smoothest finish, due to occasional larger droplets (especially after stopping and starting again) or hovering over a spot for too long. But if you don't mind using a roller to smooth things out, it's worth the buy.

I purchased this sprayer for some staining jobs, and it is great. I was unsure if it would do as great on spraying some cabinet doors. Wow it was great. I did not have to thin the paint, and a very clean finish.Great purchase

My project was to paint the my oversized 2 car garage from top to bottom. I had the ceiling drywall replaced as it was 30 years old and the heat and humidity took its toll. The walls were also 30 years of no care or painting. The concrete floor was also worn. That was the easy part . The bulk of the work was to remove 30 years of "clutter", that my wife was accumulating. Our back yard looks like a salvage yard: get 55 gallon plastic trash bags: heavy duty.Once you get the hang of it it goes quick. I also did 18 bi-fold doors in short order, have to play with the settings. Used Sherwin Williams premium paint and had to get a quick gallon from WalMart to finish the last 2 doors. DON'T BUY CHEAP PAINT.The ceiling and walls went quick and I am very please with the results. It may have used more paint than rolling but the finish was great: semi-gloss exterior. Keep is prep ... then prep...then paint. Have to have a good mask and eye protection, the fog and fumes are a killer doing it at high volume paint and air.Did not spray the floor because the walls and ceilings were done, rolled it with an epoxy latex.Only complain is the clean up is a major chore. Must be something that would make it easier. Of course don't clean it good and you messed up the machine. I would only recommend if you planned on using at least 4 gallons at time because of the clean up time. Less than that, rent it at HomeDepo for 32.00 a day.

Never used a paint gun so I read lots of reviews and ordered this gun- the directions are very thorough and easy to understand-this gun is less intimidating for the do it yourself person who doesn’t have a compressor and needs a all purpose sprayer- I primarily need it for furniture- I’ve used it twice and amStill getting used to technique- the practice paper is great to learn how to guide your gun - both of my furniture projects turned out great!! Iam pleased with the gun overallSo far - I did need to thin my paint a little with water - there are also lots of YOUTUBE VIDEOS to help out as well.

First of all, I consider myself a somewhat intelligent college graduate who has done several rehab projects. Painting, papering, repair, etc. I'm not a professional but I'm not a beginner either. I'm painting my daughter's kitchen cabinets and I thought a paint sprayer would make the job go faster. I did my homework and chose a model that is made for spraying latex paint. I am a diligent instruction reader and a patient problem solver. I set the unit up as instructed and made sure that I was familiar with all of the adjustment knobs, etc. I set up and draped a spot in my garage with a tarp and plastic for overspray. I started with latex primer. It was the biggest mess I have ever been involved with. The overspray went everywhere. The sprayer spit and flung big droplets of paint all over the cabinet I was working on plus everything else. Paint leaked from the sprayer all over my hands and when I stopped spraying, paint continued to spew out the nozzle. I looked at the troubleshooting guide to find out why all the spewing and leaking. I followed the instructions and made sure that the nozzle was screwed on tightly. Same problem. A spewing, gloppy, running mess. Then I tried adjusting the material flow control. No improvement. Then the spray width and adjustment ring. Horrible. After several hours of trying to make this sprayer work I decided to give it up. Clean up was also a nightmare. With all the paint spewing everywhere the whole friggin sprayer was covered in paint. I can't tell you how disappointed I was. I wanted this sprayer to work so bad! Now I'm back to the slow old fashioned way of painting.

This sprayer is a bit heavy & so far the finish is no better than my lesser expensive sprayer that I've used for years. Wagner says you don't have to thin the paint, but if you don't then it can go on spotty & you'll have to sand before applying the next coat. Also, always filter your paint! Even though I did, the finsih was still not great. SO frustrating! There's a lot of overspray too because of the air pressure that makes the unit work. The pressure can be adjusted but with unthinned paint I haven't found that to fix the problem of spotty paint application. It is easy to clean & comes apart quickly. It's a good idea to run some water through it first before disassembling to clean. The cleaning brush that comes with it if flimsy & not very effective. Overall, I'm just not super impressed. I would have rather spent more money on a better sprayer than have to put up with the mediocre one! I bought this so I wouldn't have to thin the paint. But to get a good, smooth finish, you really should thin it out. Oh, and always test spray it before you start to paint whatever project you're working on. Lastly, don't linger in one spot for too long as the paint will pile up!

I purchased a Wagner Flexio 570 in March 2019. I received an upgraded front end which included the newest Ispray nozzle and the new volume adjusting ring, pretty much making my sprayer a Flexio 2000. I had looked at Wagner's website and the 570 they offered appeared different than that pictured on Amazon. I contacted Wagner and they told me the sprayer I was contemplating on Amazon did in fact have the Flexio 2000 front end. Out of the box this sprayer easily handled a latex primer and a few days later latex based paint. I used this sprayer primarily to repaint the eaves on my house and only did a little bit of vertical walls with it. It made the eave painting a heck of a lot easier than the last time I painted this house. That in itself made the purchase well worth it. Although the price is higher than the imported sprayers, this sprayer is far superior in every performance aspect. I would not hesitate to recommend it for your latex painting project.

I bought this to paint some knotty pine. Wow was it fast and easy. I painted in the groves no problems. Cleanup was easy too. Over spray was a real issue - next time I'll follow the directions and mask appropriately. The pressure worked with regular wall paint designed for single coat coverage. I wish I bought one years ago.

Hace el trabajo muy fácil. Tardo más empapelado que pintando. Pruebenla primero con agua para que vean todos los tipos de abanico que hace y que tanto fluido escupir. Muy contento
