Would this make your hair look white, especially type 4 hair?

It will not but before you put it on your hair please melt it some or melt it and let it cool then whip it then put it on your hair.

Can i use this as hand cream right out of the jar? does it have to be mixed?

You can use it right out of the jar but it is solid so you'll have to keep it in a warm place to keep it soft or rub it between your hands.

Kokum butter is supposed to be one of the hardest butters. I purchased this item and it’s softer than shea butter. Is this really pure kokum?

I found the same with my product. Too soft and supposed to be considered one of the hardest butters. I am questioning if it is pure Kokum or if it is refined as the product description mentioned the word refined but the label says raw.
