Amazing Flavours
I'm really enjoying these electrolytes - they're a game-changer for long walks or when I'm just feeling a bit dehydrated. I add them to water and they give it a nice, subtle flavour. What I like is they're not too sweet or overpowering. Very convenient, easy to chuck into my bag and go

Each sachet makes a refreshing and hydrating beverage
The powder from a sachet mixes well with cold water in a shaker or water bottle. I have tried the product with the directed minimum amount of water, and also with significantly more water to create a longer lasting, yet more diluted beverage. I find the lemon & lime flavour to be extremely refreshing and a thirst quenching drink. The strength of the flavour is good when made as a more concentrated drink. Yet the powder decently flavours larger quantities of water. To me it doesn't have a overwhelming taste of salt to it. The sachets are compact. Containing a 5.5g serving of powder. Making them easy to take with in a pocket or a bag. Himalayan salt is used. The product does contain some additional ingredients to set it apart from other electrolytes powders. Such as using coconut water, Chromium Picolinate , L-Glutamine, Vitamin B12, and Vitamin C. Only 2 calories per serving. A batch number and a BBE date of 01/2028 have been printed on the sachets, and on the branded box of the product I received. Which was ordered and delivered during March 2026. When priced at £9.99 for 10 sachets. There is a good shelf life for the supplied product. The pricing seems dearer than other electrolyte drink mixes supplied as a collection of individual sachets. I do think the flavour is one of the better ones. Being a powder which produces a very tasty & refreshing beverage. When mixed or shaken with an adequate quantity of cold water. Currently available with either 10 or 30 sachets supplied. In a range of different flavours: lemon & lime, orange, or raspberry. A 10 sachet variety pack is also available. At the time of finalising my review, the 10 packs have a voucher offer price of £8.99; and there is a voucher offer price for the 30 sachet packs for £15.99 (down from £19.99). Improving the value for money.

A tad salty and a bit pricey
These come in a pack of 10 for £10 so work out at around £1 per sachet. The instructions recommend diluting with anything between 500 - 900 ml and I would say after trying it with 500ml I would dilute into at least 1L. The flavour of the lemon and lime is nice enough, but it was definitely more on the "salty" side when compared with some of the other brands of electrolytes I have tried. They did seem to help, I use them as I have found that they help when I start to get migraines. I took one as I was beginning to feel one starting to come on and it kept it at bay, so in that respect, it does it's job well enough. I personally had to add some squash to mine just to be able to drink it as I found the taste of the sodium a little too overpowering for me. Overall I think there are better tasting Electrolyte options out there and most are a bit cheaper too.

Pricey but fine
They are ok, but pricey. You could instead get a big pack of Lucozade or house-brand sports drinks. These are a good option to make them on the go, when you just want to grab tap water and mix it on the spot.

taste okay - work well
I took these electrolyte sachets with me on a trip somewhere really hot, and they turned out to be a bit of a lifesaver. When you’re sweating constantly, plain water just doesn’t cut it, and these made a noticeable difference in how quickly I felt rehydrated. Taste‑wise, the lemon‑lime flavour is actually really decent. It’s not overly sweet, and because there’s no sugar, it doesn’t have that syrupy aftertaste some hydration powders have. It’s more like a light, refreshing citrus drink and easy to sip even when you’re already hot and bothered. I found it mixed well with cold water and didn’t leave any gritty bits at the bottom. What really stood out was how quickly it perked me up. After long walks in the heat, or even just being out in the sun for a few hours, one sachet made me feel noticeably less drained. The mix of sodium, magnesium and potassium definitely helps when you’re sweating buckets. It also didn’t upset my stomach, which is something I’ve had issues with using other electrolyte powders. The sachets are small and easy to pack, so I kept a couple in my day bag. They came in handy more than once, especially on days when the heat was relentless. Because they’re zero sugar, they don’t make you feel sticky or thirsty afterwards just properly hydrated. If I had to mention a downside, it’s that the flavour is quite sharp, so if you prefer something very mild, it might feel a bit punchy at first. But in hot weather, that tanginess actually feels refreshing. The sachets are small and handy to add into a bag and they do dissolve well into drink and mix well and dont look gross like some do. Overall, I’d definitely recommend them for travel to hot countries or any situation where you’re sweating a lot. They taste good, they work quickly, and they’re easy to carry around — exactly what you want when you’re trying to stay hydrated in the heat.
