I bought the Wall Mounted LED Reading Light with 15" Flexible Gooseneck, Focused Adjustable Book Light to mount to my nightstand. The nightstand is oddly shaped with decorative trim molding so a normal clip-style light would not work. I also got this light because it is 3000K, the spot is adjustable, and the spot has a lens so it is quite tight. To turn it on or off, just touch the metal capacitive sensor on the black cylindrical housing. It seems to work fine. There is no "tactile" button. I have it hooked to my X10 system so my wife can turn this book light off from her side of the bed using an X10 relay-based Appliance Module (might not be enough of a load for a Lamp Module; didn't try). So far, I am very happy with this light. To get it to mount to the bracket (3-inch C-clamp, Amazon# B0CR2S4FSX) I just needed to drill one small hole in the book light's shiny metal bracket to line up with one of the C-clamp's included screws. The other screw fit fine in the book light's bracket. Now I have it mounted to my oddly shaped end table and the goose neck comes around and shines on my magazines or books. I have it projecting over my shoulder/head down to the book. Works great and I can't think of any negatives. It illuminates both pages of a magazine without flooding the room with light -- nice tight beam (adjustable) and it doesn't disturb my wife while she is sleeping. If you mount it to the wall or headboard, you wouldn't need to modify the book light. But I didn't want to mount it permanently.

I should have bought these years ago! I was tired of trying to fall asleep when my wife had a nightstand light turned on while she was reading..... so I finally bought 2 of these LED wall mounted reading lights and mounted them directly to the Headboard; one for her and one for me. Installation was easy, drilled a couple holes for each and attached the mount bracket, then positioned the light assy over the bracket and installed 2 screws... about 10 minutes for each light. The 3 selectable positions provide soft white, bright white, and combo of both so you can have the perfect light. I am now able to sleep while she reads, and she leaves my light on and points it away from the bed so I have light when I come to bed later and she's asleep.... it's the perfect solution. The quality is great and the touch pad is perfect; easy to select what type of light you want and just touch it again to turn it off. I also like the fact that the light head is totally adjustable; it can be positioned any which way you want. I've had these about 2 months and highly recommend this product... use them every night!

This is a flexible neck LED light with with flexible options for light temperature, intensity and on/off from a single touch button. The mounting system for wall attachment is sufficient. It makes for an excellent reading lamp with a fairly narrow light cone, which helps keep the beam from disturbing your sleeping partner. Build quality is very decent for the price. Onevcomplaint is the power supply "brick" has the plug in line with it, rather than at a right angle to it making the power supply protrude from the plug instead of lying flat to it. That's a big miss in my opinion and preventedva five star review. My other complaint is the cord is solid black which stands out if you are using it as night reading lamp.

Would recommend. Wife can read in bed and not have the overhead lights on. Very good quality.

This LED-reading light is just what I wanted! It is everything as described! I decided not to mount it on the wall, but I attached it to my mini table with Velcro and it works like a charm! It’s the perfect size and it gives a powerful light, and I love the touch feature. It was a great bargain for the price of two! I received it very quickly and I hope it lasts for a long time. I may get a second set to be on the safe side. I highly recommend it as a night light for late night reading that will not disturb your sleeping loved one!

So far, so good easy to install very easy to use. We have them on each side of the bed and can direct them to what each of us are looking at without disturbing the other person. Thank you.

These are perfect! Purchased to have for guests who use our murphy bed to have as a reading light. Love the usb port & different settings! Perfect function. Love that when not in use i can just tuck the light back in. Cord length is plenty long! Im gonna actually tie and strap it to cabinet for a cleaner look since its so long for what we need if for. Kind of a pain to install (with where we used it into the cabinet) because we didnt want it to stick out but still wanted room underneath for the usb port & wanted it tucked back into the cabinet a bit but id imagine a wall or something would go so smoothly!

I ordered this pair of wall-mounted LED reading lights to install next to my bed (one for each side). I especially chose them because they offered the integrated USB port for charging tablets, phones, etc. Before installing them, I checked to verify that they, indeed, did work. Here's what I discovered: 1. The lights, in fact, did illumine with sufficient brightness for my needs. 2. The gooseneck and the focusing light option worked as designed and hoped. 3. The touch button took some time to figure out, but it worked no issue. Here's the clincher: The USB ports DID NOT work. I tried both and neither worked. I tried multiple cords (that worked with other adapters): nothin'. I verified that NONE, not a single one, of my devices of interest would charge or power by using the integrated USB. I have uploaded a video as an example. THAT SAID: I am using Amazon's replace feature and I should receive a replacement pair in a few days. If there are no issues with those replacements, I will update this review. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt. I do not find any listed warning that the integrated USB ports ONLY worked with a particular brand of device, or charging cord, etc. ________________________ **UPDATE 4/17/23** - Replacements still had the same issue: I could not get any of my electronic devices to charge using the USB ports. Probably because I'm using Apple products? I don't know. I tried several different USB charging cables. Those cables work using OEM and 3rd-party outlet to USB adapters, but when I use the same USB cables with the integrated USB port on the light, nothing happens. I'm probably missing something, somewhere, but I can't find it. Returned for a refund.
