It was very cool, unfortunately it was not really what I needed,. I totally ordered the wrong thing so ended up returning it, but IF IT HAD been what I actually needed, it would have been perfect

I was so upset. Lasted about 3 uses.
Jammed during first use. Tried to take apart and it uncoiled. Kept the nice hose and threw the retractor unit in garbage.

Worked great for 6 uses before self-destroying
I rarely need to use my air system and only got about 6 uses from this hose reel before it jammed. I opened the unit and found the plastic ratchet mechanism had self destructed…
