1 Review: Very useful - Love it, used it to teach my kids how to reach the clock Review: A fun, delightful learning toy for kids - I got this for a precocious three year old. In this era, kids are not learning dial clocks, and I think that is strange... so we wanted to make sure the little guy learned this stuff so when this came up on the Vine program, I jumped at it. It is cute and multimedia. The clock arms turn and the whiteboard part of the board is easy to clean off with the included dry-wipe markers and their erasers. You can write integers and have the kid match the time, or reverse the process... both are needed to learn. And then the kids can learn important phrases like "watch your 6" or "trouble at 10 o'clock" as a bonus. The board is well made, but it is a kid's plaything. It is not for a classroom of kids, but for more one on one time. It is heavy cardboard, the clock arms are thin, and the dry-wipe is an appliqué sealed to the cardboard... and works. It comes with markers and erasers, the colors are bright and kid-friendly, and all is very easily navigable by a three year old. It comes in a clear plastic pouch, so no pointless fancy marketing junk boxes, so it keeps trash to a minimum. My old deduction is that I wish it was a little more durable since there is another kid a year away who will be getting the same lessons, and I am unsure of its longevity. However, I am absolutely in love with its utility. Teach your kids using things, not screens.

A fun, delightful learning toy for kids

great for teaching time
I got this magnetic clock to help my daughter learn how to tell/read time. So far, this clock has been a great learning aid for her. I'm able to show her the different parts of a clock and how each one works. I like that the hands of the clock are movable and how I can use the dry erase markers to write down a certain time and have her move the clocks hands to the time I've written down. I also really like this teaching aid clock because it's helping me teach my daughter how to be able to read an analog clock vs relying on electronic devices to tell time. I also appreciate the size of the clock. It's definitely big enough for my daughter to see the different parts of the clock (numbers, parts of the clock, minute marks, etc.). The clock comes with dry erase markers and good quality magnets. The clock is very well made, and it's made of thick durable board paper. Overall, I really like this magnetic clock and so far, it's doing a great job in helping me teach my daughter how to read/tell time and definitely recommend it.

Excellent learning tool for telling time! high quality
My son loves this! He is in kindergarten and wanted to learn how to tell time other than the digital clocks in the house. He got the hang of it so quickly and it was fun for him to use this too! Its larger than I expected, and really well made. A lot of times you get something dry erase and its hardly erasable, but this one works really well. I may even donate it to his classroom once he's mastered the skill since it was so easy to teach him using it.

Decent sized, clear and visual! Also includes dry erase markers!
I’d give this clock 4 stars overall. The quality is decent and it works well for its purpose, but it is a bit more flimsy than I expected for the price. The material feels somewhat lightweight, and you can definitely find similar quality options for a little less. That said, the size is great at 12"; it’s large enough for kids to clearly see from a distance, which makes it really useful for teaching in both a home or classroom setting. The bright blue color is also a nice touch; it’s eye-catching and keeps kids engaged without being overwhelming. I also really like the magnetic backing and the dry erase feature. Being able to write on the clock makes it easy to demonstrate different times and practice hands-on learning. Overall, it does a great job as a teaching tool; it just could be a bit sturdier for the price.

Cute, simple, & sturdy
How fun! Super cute clock for teaching littles about time and reading the hands of a clock. I like that the hands are colored, for easy reference, and they spin easily, but stay in place. The dry erase feature is nice, if you want to circle certain times for clock watching. The board is pretty thick and sturdy. The cord at the top helps hang the clock or hold for display. Overall, highly recommend!

Great concept but poor execution
I got this to start teaching my child to tell the time. It’s a great tool. It comes with a lace and magnets to put it wherever you see fit. I like that it comes with whiteboard pens so you can practice over and over again. The hands are easy to move but stays in place. It’s on cardboard so it’s easy to break if not handled with care. The words and letters are a little sloppy. Some places are lacking a space (eg “5Past”), and some places have an extra space (O’ clock). Also they are somewhat confusing with their placement. For these reasons I have deducted several stars. Overall great concept but lacking execution.

Great Learning Aid
This teaching clock has been a really helpful learning aid to teach young kids how to use an analog clock. The phrases “quarter past,” “half past,” and “10 to,” allows kids bridge the gap between the numbers on the clock and how we communicate the time. The movable hands allow you to set different times and the dry-erase allows to immediately attempt to understand the time displayed and correct when needed. The size is appropriate for teaching as it is big enough to clearly see the numbers and minute marks. The included markers and magnets were a nice touch. The quality of the board itself seems solid and unless used as a toy I can't imagine it not lasting a long time before showing wear. At $9.99 (at the time of this writing) I think it is a good value.
