I purchased this little kit to repair a missing piece on a antique cane I recently purchased. Works great for what it is.

Classic Look
Made my cane 🦯 look sharp with some style not like a door knob rubber look. Easy to install. If it’s a wood cane you may need to trim the tip but very easy and you will like the look

Brass Tipl⁹
This was not as I expected but it did the job. I had a cane without a tip on it and I thought I was getting a thin circular sheet to go over the tip but it was actually a circular chunk of brass with a rubber tip that I screwed onto the cane.

Much smaller then I thought it would be..
my biggest problem is the size, it isn't thin metal so that's a plus, the tips are not rubber but rather plastic.. I haven't decided if I'm going to use or not will need to modify my cane if I use this option..

excelent cane tips.
Restoring vintage canes and these tips are excellent. Got here right away and they are perfect with great instructions and an extra rubber tip. Make sure you measure your cane diameter and order accordingly.

Might be great if you have a professional wood shop.
I am not a professional woodworker. I do not own a lathe, or have access to a wood shop. Without those, this item will be no good to you. I though I was buying something I could just install on the end of my cane, perhaps requiring the simple drilling of a hole for the installation screw. No, you need a lathe to alter the end of your cane in order to install this. So if you're a professional woodworker this might be a five star item. Otherwise, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS.
