The fixing of them to the walls was very easy, not at all complicated and the fixings, once in situ are very strong and firmly in place. These lights are weighty, but not excessively so. They arrived very quickly, and were wel packaged and protected from knocks during delivery. They are now placed in my hallway, and are flickering like real candles. The light given off is very ambient and warm, so much so, I am thinking of getting a couple more for my bedroom. They are modern in style, but with the candle it gives them an aged feel. Wanted wall lights but only in a rental property so didn't want the expense these look good , only flicker so don't think they throw out light because they don't, but I really like them
