This was the perfect coffee pot for the ton of company we had! When our entire extended family came for a wedding of our oldest "adopted" son, the first thing every morning was a full 30 cup pot of hot coffee...and boy, howdy, did this work! Kept it hot for several hours as folks got up at different times! Easy to make, easy to clean.... everyone was happy to be able to have a cup or two without having to wait for a second perking. Decent price and fast shipping, it met all my needs!

The lid dose not have a tight fit, it needs a rubber seal because when it starts to perk, it splatters out…other than that, I love it. My husband is a big coffee drinker, so it’s a good size for him. I pork two days of coffee and he’s happy with that.

This baby really heats up your coffee!! If you do not like your coffee almost boiling, this may not be for you. Holds 30 small cups of coffee or about 20 normal sized cups of coffee (fun fact, coffee cups haven’t been an actual “cup” since the 80s). Brews coffee super quick!!! Fully brewed in less than 20mins! Super easy functionality; add water-add coffee to basket-put the lid on-flip the switch. I will say that since it’s metal, if you have hard water, it could affect the coffee flavor & I would recommend using purified or spring bottled water for the most pure coffee taste. The metal finish is nice & will blend in with any kitchen decor…but it’s a fingerprint magnet, so be ready to constantly wipe it down.

I have purchased 2 of these in the last 2 years. This time I contacted customer service 2 times and have heard nothing back. The first one died and had no power in a little over a year. The 2nd one I purchased last November and the other day coffee started pouring out of the bottom. There will not be a 3rd purchase! Do not recommend.

I love this urn My husband drinks coffee all day and with a regular pot I was making 3-4 pots a day now with this urn I make 1 maybe 2 a day it's superb as long as it will last as long as my old coffee pots I will enjoy it for years to come.. beautiful sleek design and stainless steel is gorgeous on my counter top. I'm very pleased.

I used this daily to make a large batch of tea, HOWEVER, after six months of use, it started leaking. I wish they made a replacement part that I could change out; it's unusable now!!! I think it must be the spigot's spring has sprung! I guess it's only good for an occasional large party not a daily use like I was doing.

this is fantastic for shabbat observant homes! It keeps the water warm and dispenses without pressing anything electrical. if you're looking for a shabbat percolator - look no further! good quality and much cheaper!

We had many of those over the years. We use it for Saturday for warm water. We always buy bigger but this one is the perfect size for us, very quiet, in fact the quietest of them all and the water is nicely kept warm. I had to wait for almost a month to be delivered.

It was easy. Coffee smelled and tasted great. Then the percolator started repercolating the coffee until it was over hot. This burns the coffee and affects the taste. Although I liked the convenience I returned it due to this.

We make 2-4 pots in this daily and it's been working great since we got it about a month ago.
