What a let down.
Loved the Kindle version--it had pictures, so I bought the paperback and was so disappointed. The only pictures it has is on the cover!

Simply "Raw"some!
Finally! ... A book for everyone who wants to include more raw foods into their diet! Whether you are a raw novice just beginning your raw food adventure or you are a long-time experienced raw foodie, you will find much to your liking and many useful tips in this book. Rhonda takes the reader through the simple steps of creating delicious and healthful raw foods, yet the results are sophisticated-looking, mouthwatering pieces of edible art! You will learn the basic kitchen tools to have on hand for creating her fabulous entrees, smoothies, soups, salads, snacks and desserts, along with recommendations for stocking your raw pantry, doing your own sprouting and making nut cheeses, raw dairy-free dressings and condiments. Throughout the book, Rhonda imparts tidbits of wisdom and nutrition knowledge, gently nudging the reader toward a healthier way of eating. It is educational in a fun way; no preaching and no boring facts or information here! The photos are fabulous! I have read many raw food books. This is by far one of the best! I should have done this review on a full stomach ... in viewing the recipes in the book again just prior to writing this, I find myself salivating at the photos, with my stomach grumbling! Thank you, Rhonda, for such a beautiful and simply "raw"some book!

Wonderful - Far More Than Just Another Raw Recipe Collection!
Guide to Super Raw Foods is an excellent raw vegan recipe book! While I have seen many other raw recipe book, this one easily takes the beginner to green smoothies than then moves them on to more exotic and very tasty recipes. What is unique about this particular book is that the reader is coached thorough the common utensils needed in a raw friendly kitchen and many common foods in the raw pantry before the actual recipes begin. Rhonda in her gentle way encourages the reader to "add in more raw" to their diet then beautifully shows them just how to do that in a variety of very tasteful ways. From colorful and never boring salads, to wonderful raw soups, desserts to totally live for, and much more, this is collection of raw food recipes that is a great resource for anyone wanting to go more "raw". All of the recipes are accompanied with stunning full color beautiful photographs. Rhonda Dunlap obviously has a passion for tasty and health laden foods coupled with a skill in photography. With this recipe book, she shares her passions in a wonderfully hospitable way as she invites you into her kitchen for the raw treats of your choice. Hopefully we will see more recipe books by this author in the future.

Great for beginners and experienced vegans and vegetarians
This ebook is a great source for learning how to incorporate raw recipes into your diet without having to eat salads or plain fruit all the time! Rhonda Dunlap is exceptional at finding new ways to combine various raw ingredients that are tasty and extremely nutritious. She clearly explains all the tools and ingredients. Also how to create your own "cheese" and "milk" something that we grew up with and have outgrown. She's a great non-cook and cook! I love this book!
