Awesome faucet
The only drawback to this faucet is that the pulldown part is metal coated plastic. Normally, I would knock off a star for this, but faucets costing triple the price are the same way. The pulldown hose is braided stainless though, which many faucets in this price range do not have. This faucet is super easy to install. The ring has screws on it, so you tighten the ring by hand and then use a long screwdriver to crank it down. WAY better than trying to get a wrench up being the sink. There is no aerator on this faucet. It's a laminar flow. It's awesome. Very quiet, and gives the feeling that more water is coming out. The sprayer is fine for my needs. It's not super high pressure like some, but has great volume. After I put in the first one in my pantry, I bought another for my kitchen a day later.Connection to the water supply is a standard connection. Make sure you tighten by hand, do NOT use any sealant or tape, and then turn it only 1/4 to half turn past hand tight. If you tighten these kind of connectors too much, they leak. It will seem like you need to tighten much more, don't. Sealant or Teflon tape on these connectors will make them leak.

Poor quality for Hansgrohe
In less than 2 years, our 2nd unit has failed, in the exact same place, at a most inconvenient time. A flimsy plastic piece, inside of the main unit, failed. We contacted Hansgrohe requesting a full refund and were told to contact Amazon. This is in the process. We were surprised that the second unit had no improvements made. We are hesitant to try a third one, but do not see any other in this style available. We are using the original previous Hansgrohe, again. My husband has gotten efficient at replacing the unit. We recommend looking elsewhere for a similar faucet.

Beautiful and functional faucet
This faucet is excellent. It took about 30 minutes to remove the old faucet and install this new one. It feels very solid and has a strong water flow via its main setting. The spray setting offers a soft yet powerful spray that feels similar to that from the Hansgrohe shower head. This faucet is a huge upgrade and well worth the money.

Hansgrohe makes quality products.
Had a cheap chinesium faucet that looked just like this Hansgrohe but damaged the floor of the cabinet where it was installed when it began to leak from underneath slowly enough that it wasn't noticed until damage was done. I'll never buy a cheap faucet again. The quality of the Hansgrohe was clear when comparing it to the one I removed. I've got a Hansgrohe kitchen faucet for many years that works beautifully and looks as good as the day it went in. My Hansgrohe shower head is the best I've ever had.

Great value. No pulldown. Buy this over delta and moen. Shop Krauss too.
The media could not be loaded. Please watch the video. This is an amazing product but be advised it does not have a pull down faucett festure. Very high quality the finish is beautiful. Also some reviews say the shape does not match the marketing photos. Hansgrohe has addressed this and it is very much like the pictures and holds that symmetrical shape of the spring. Also some reviews said the spring was too strong and I do not see this here. It must have been redesigned. It's a beautiful unit and you cant go wrong buying something approved by Costco product analysts. I would highly recommend this product or Krauss. Those are the best value and quality as compared to big box store brands like delta and moen in my opinion.

Owned two of these and each failed after one year
Installed the first one after my wife picked it out. She liked the design and the faucet certainly looks good in our kitchen. It functioned well for about 13 months until it developed an internal leak in the flexible tube to the spout. Thinking this was just a fluke, we ordered a second one. Almost one year to the day, the spout broke off. Closer examination indicates low quality construction of weak plastic parts. Certainly expected better quality for a $400 faucet. Further, Hansgrohe doesn’t sell parts for this model which shows they don’t stand behind the product. As a licensed plumber, I cannot recommend this product or any other Hansgrohe product. You are not getting the quality you are paying for.
