I enjoyed building this motor. Building this motor is an experience on building and how it works. While building there are a few areas you need to reach in behind tiny spots to brace the back to press on another part. Some of these spots was too small to get my hand in to brace so I used a crochet hook. This is a great gift for many people. Modelers, mechanics, problem solvers, or those like me that love to take things apart to see how they work. I’m also into WW2 tanks especially the Tiger tank. I like that I can add an electric motor to this model. It can be added after it has been built. Just have to lift the motor off the platform to access underneath. I think this is a well-designed good quality model. I have not had an issue with parts falling off while being handled.

I got this honchoes V12 engine model kit for myself and it has been such a satisfying project. The 1236 pieces feel like a lot at first, but the instructions are clear enough to make the build fun rather than frustrating. Watching all the tiny mechanical parts come together into a working V12 engine is genuinely mesmerizing. The finished model is not only visually impressive but also functional on a miniature scale. The pistons move, the crankshaft turns, and it actually looks and works like a real engine in miniature form. I love displaying the finished engine on my desk as a conversation starter and a little reminder that even tiny gears can create impressive motion. It’s a perfect hobby project for anyone who enjoys building, engineering, or just wants a hands-on mental challenge

This set isn't bad for the price. It's fairly easy to assemble, it took me and a day and a half working on it off and on. It comes with a nice sturdy display base to put it on. The build is designed in such a way that if you have a motor kit it is very easy to attach a motor after completion. There are a couple minor issues. One is that to attach the manual cranking handle you have to remove a piece, and when replacing the cover piece the shaft piece tends to push back in and you have to reach in with something to hold it steady. Also the "clear" part of the motor is actually very frosted looking so you can't really see the moving parts. But for being only about $50 this isn't a bad motor build.

It is a pretty nice set, directions are easy to follow, and pieces seem to be well made. I believe it is a pretty good value for the money.

Interesting V12 engine building block kit inspired by a Tiger Tank engine design. I’m not sure how accurate it is to the real engine, but it looks great once completed and makes a nice display piece for a desk or shelf. The build is straightforward, with clear instructions and pieces that mostly fit well, making it an enjoyable and relatively easy project overall. This engine really does look cool once you finish.
