It’s a set of batteries
I expect batteries to supply electricity and these did. I put one in my dual power calculator so I can’t really comment on longevity as it has a solar panel and so the battery should last for years. If it fails early I will edit this but so far so good. Value for money is good

Really good quality
The packaging says it all. The coin cells look a better quality than other cheaper coin cells. They feel like a better battery. Have now fixed 7 of my watches with different sizes of these. I wouldn't buy any different make from now on.
