Very good product
I was pleasantly surprised by how well the ECOVACS WINBOT W3 Omni performs. Cleaning large windows has always been one of my least favorite household chores, but this robot makes the process much easier and far less time-consuming. The standout feature is the Omni Auto-Clean Station, which automatically cleans the wiping pad after use. Not having to wash dirty pads by hand is a huge convenience and makes the entire experience feel much more hands-free. The Triple Spray System evenly wets the glass, helping remove dust, fingerprints, and everyday grime without leaving noticeable streaks. The WIN-SLAM 5.0 Smart Navigation does an excellent job planning its cleaning path. It covers the window methodically, avoids obstacles, and gets impressively close to the edges. I also appreciate the 12-level safety protection system, which gives me confidence when using it on upper-floor windows. Setup was straightforward, and the companion app is easy to use. For heavily soiled windows, a second cleaning pass may still be necessary, but for regular maintenance, the results are excellent. The only downside is that the station is fairly large and the overall system is an investment. However, if you have a home with lots of glass, tall windows, or difficult-to-reach areas, the convenience easily justifies the cost. Overall, the WINBOT W3 Omni delivers reliable cleaning performance, smart navigation, and genuinely useful automation. It's a worthwhile purchase for anyone looking to simplify window cleaning and keep their glass looking spotless with minimal effort.

Perfect for Cleaning Large Windows
I have been extremely impressed with this window cleaning robot. I have many large windows in my home, including some that are difficult to reach, and cleaning them manually has always been a time consuming and frustrating task. This machine has made the process much easier by handling the majority of the work on its own. The setup is simple, and the navigation system does a great job detecting window frames and covering the entire surface. The strong suction gives me confidence that it stays securely attached, and the spray system helps loosen dirt, fingerprints, and dust before the cleaning pad wipes everything away. The results have been excellent, leaving my windows looking much cleaner with far less effort. One of my favorite features is the self cleaning dock. Instead of constantly washing dirty pads by hand, the machine helps clean them, which makes maintaining the device much more convenient. The app is also easy to use, and the different cleaning modes allow me to adjust the cleaning based on how dirty the windows are. I have purchased several other Ecovacs products in the past, including their robotic lawn mowers and home robot vacuum cleaners, and I have always found the company’s products to be reliable. Their customer service and warranty support have also been great, which gives me confidence when investing in their technology. One area that could be improved is the amount of cleaning solution and accessories included. For people with many large windows, having extra solution and additional cleaning pads included would make the experience even better. Some extremely dirty windows may also need a second pass or minor touch ups afterward. For anyone with large windows, tall glass panels, or hard to reach areas, this is a huge time saver. It turns a difficult household chore into something much easier and more manageable. Plus, I don’t need to spend hundreds of dollars to get my windows cleaned by someone.

Don't buy, it's useless without the cleaning solution being in stock.
Do not buy this product right now. They are sold out of the cleaning solution on both Amazon and their own website. The solution it comes with only cleaned a few windows before running out. I tried ordering and using the off-brand solutions that are in stock through Amazon and they are more blue in color and more slippery of a chemical. They just make the tracks of the Winbot spin in place and it can't travel up vertically without being slightly pushed by hand. The tracks are clean, and when I switched back to the little bit of original formula I had, it started working again. So now I'm sitting here with a $700 paper weight. Too bad because it was working great till now and I really liked it. The only issue I had was that it came with two different versions of the cleaning pad (thick one and a thin one) and no one seems to know what the difference is or when to use which one.

Excellent Help for Keeping Windows Clean
I’m really happy with this window cleaning robot. I have large windows, and cleaning them has always been one of my least favorite chores. It attaches securely to the glass, moves smoothly, and leaves the windows looking much cleaner with very little effort on my part. The app is simple to use, and the docking station makes storage and setup convenient. While you may still need a deeper clean if the windows are extremely dirty, it does an excellent job for regular maintenance. It has saved me a lot of time, and I’m glad I decided to get it. I would definitely recommend it.

It's perfect tool for house with big windows. I’m really happy with it.
This is a very well made and good quality robot vacuum. I really like the look and the style. It was not easy learning how to operate this window cleaner but once you read the instructions it was understandable. It is big but not heavy. It has a special compartment to place the pad in and cleans it and washes it after use. Also gets it moist and ready before use. The water compartments are big and last a good few times of using them. It comes with a few tubes of cleaning solution that are easily added to the robot and it sprays so evenly throughout the window as it cleans. It does a great job on its own. It’s been a fantastic purchase and I’m really happy with it.

Not worth it
I thought this would save me time cleaning my large storefront windows. However, after the setup of the machine (adding water, cleaning the wiping pad, etc.), then moving the bot to each individual window after the cleaning cycle, and finally emptying/storing the time saved was minimal if not longer. Now, after my fourth time using the machine it fails to fully clean a window. It resorts to endlessly cleaning in a circle on the upper portion of any window I choose. Then it dings telling me it's finished and sits rudely at the top of the window about 8 feet above my head. I've tried resetting it, software updates, etc. but nothing seems to get the machine to do the full clean around the window and return nicely back to where I started it. It's a cool product, but definitely not worth the $500 I paid for it.

It’s not perfect.
It leaves streaks! I really, really wanted to love and keep this window bot. I used it on multiple windows, inside and out. I cleaned windows multiple times over thinking it was something wrong on my end. But when the sun shines through the window(s) at just the right angle you can see the back and forth wash lines and you can see the place on the window where the bot stopped at end of washing. If you are not as picky as I am you will probably love this machine, because for most of the day I don’t see the streaks on the windows and they look very clean. But for me, at this price point, I don’t want any left over streaks on the windows. I had to return it.

1st & 2nd & 3rd Review
1st Review: Winbot Omni 3 Giving 3 stars on my first review. I REALLY want this to window cleaner to work because I have a lot of glass and it will easily pay for itself in 2 seasons. So I read and read the directions. I a little disappointed that I couldn’t find a YouTube from Ecovac that detailed each step and function of the new Omni 3. It’s first job was 4 standard Anderson sliders. Everything went well and according to the directions until it was time to remove the Winbot after it completed its cleaning. It left/leaves an impression of the cleaning pad and it did it 4 times. I called customer support but unfortunately I couldn’t not clearly understand my support tech, so I told him I would let the pad dry out after cleaning it and try again in the morning. He seemed to suggest I had dirty windows and I should wring out the pad out, but I am not sure how to do that. Again, no Ecovac video. In my opinion , if I can resolve this issue I will change my review to 5 stars. Here is a picture. 2nd Review I tried everything Customer Service told me EXCLUDING “clean the windows before you clean the windows”. I am returning this one and I am purchasing another with the belief that mine is defective. My fingers are crossed. Review 3 So I decided to return the Omni three as defective and purchase a second one because of all the good reviews. We brought the Omni three to the lake house which has significant windows facing west. We also have 3M tinted film on the windows on the inside. I also found out that there is a heavy duty mode which basically requires the device to do the window two times. This was necessary because a bird had tried to get in and made a mess of three large windows. Our experience was excellent and the device performed exactly like it was supposed to, and we did not see any streaks or pad indentation marks. I upped the star value to five and I now know this unit will pay for itself in one year and then give us years of clean glass, avoiding the $600 plus costs that we incurred every time we have the windows cleaned. One more important note is that the Omni three did not damage the 3M tinted film on the insides of the windows, which was very important to us!

Works on shallow angles and flat glass (tables)
It works quite well - best on bigger windows where the pattern and spay combine well. For narrow windows it will go up and down but doesn’t seem to always spray. It cleans on shallow angles - great for a conservatory roof. It hasn’t been cleaned for years and so took a few repeat goes, the robot gets to places I cannot reach. Not perfect yet, but each pass improves the glass. It comes with two cleaning pads, one of them has a fault in that the robot always says lows suction and doesn’t work. I am struggling to see how I can get a new pad without returning the whole item which would be a waste of time / money - hence the 3 stars. Otherwise would be 4.

Has nuances, but is quite good
Great robot to keep the windows clean, though has its nuances which I will go over. I was picking between this one and W2 Pro Omni, the main reason why I got this one was primarily the mop cleaning side of the station which seemed like a gimmick or like a rarely used item. In reality it is the most necessary feature with this robot. The thing is for the outside windows (I have floor to celling ones and live in front of a busy street) you need to clean the mop after each 2 window sessions which sounds annoying but this is what actually gets you the actual no-swirls result. The robot has 2 mops in total so cleaning is not an issue because you just take one off, set it to the deep cleaning (1.5 minutes) and in the meantime swap it with the fresh one. Though imagine doing it manually, at that point I would prefer to hire cleaners or clean the windows myself. As for the quick clean setting, that one is not as useful, I assume it is just for the interior windows which do not get as dirty. As for the cleaning quality I would say it is pretty good, though the robot is upkeep focused. From what I understand the idea is to launch it on all windows every couple of weeks and this actually accumulates the results, though it will not 100% clean the really dirty windows on the first pass (I used the Thorough Clean option, could have used the Deep Clean from the app, but found it later, the station only has this and quick clean). Though to be fair the stains that require multiple sessions actually require multiple passes on the regular cleaning too As for the capabilities, I have balcony with frameless glass and this one does quite well on it. Yes, placing it on the other side of the railing does not feel great on the first couple of sessions (I guess this is as good as it can get) though the robot does not get stuck and does pretty good job with edges One catch is the cleaning solution, the one that comes with the robot handles 6 floor to celling windows on both sides + balcony railings 8 4x4 feet railings for 2 cleanings. After that you would need to buy more Ecovacs cleaning solution which is not cheap, but cheaper than cleaners. So in summary, is it worth it? In my opinion yes. Expect that each cleaning would cost you some money because of the cleaning solution (around 30-35 cad/L, is discounted time to time) and that you would need to do ~2-3 cleanings (spaced out) to make windows spotless and then just run this one once per couple of weeks to maintain it. This ends up as the best cycle as windows look professionally cleaned all the time. Will the other cleaning solution work? Idk, other comments say that it does not, I did not bother to even try. For the charge: never ran out of more than 20% so plenry of room, cord length is more than enough, station suction (plan to keep the station on a plain surface) is good. Build quality is nice Hopefully it helps :-)

The best for large/hard to reach windows!
This is a LIFESAVER!! We have massive windows and it's literally my dream come true in a box. You just attach it to your window and it goes. And it stays attached until you initiate it's removal! Cleans inside and outside with different settings for deeper clean. Instructions are given directly to you on the screen and in voice form. My kids and I were all mesmerized at how it functions! I grabbed it on sale and it was worth every penny. I did do a quick spot wipe on the spot it comes off after removal and before switching it to another window. love it!
