Pancake Pillows

If there were zero stars that’s what I would give. There is no allowance for no stars. These pillows should not be called “pillows” they should be named pancakes! They are flat with no neck support as stated. Very upsetting. Please see pictures. 2nd picture is the 12 hours first picture is 24 hours after opening.
