They allow fresh air and help defog windows while keeping rain out.
The Deejecsun Rain Guards are side window rain deflectors that install directly in the vehicleโs glass window channels. They allow fresh air to circulate and prevent rain and snow ingress partially opened windows. They also help cooling the vehicleโs interior with fresh air and prevent fog formation. The Deejecsun Rain Guards were custom made for the exact make and model of my CX-5 model. They blend in nicely and added a nice look to the vehicle. I like they small profile, which adds minimal wind noise. They appear to be of good quality, so they might last. They included everything required for the installation, a color manual, plastic tool, adhesion promoter wipes, two-side adhesive roll, and metal clips. I could not add the included metal clips, since there isn't enough space to place them in the windows groove in my vehicle. I even try to squeeze them with pliers. By the way rain guards are just made to prevent rain from getting inside the vehicle when windows are a bit open. They do deflect wind which will create some wind noise, especially when windows are closed. I have tried half a dozen models, even expensive brands and they all produce some wind noise.

Nice, but creates small gap for air to get in closed windows.
Love the look, but the way they are set into the channel creates a small air gap where you hear whirring noise at higher speeds. Hoping it goes away eventually after opening and closing windows sets it better.

Product as described, Service was also very good, had an issue with the clips but resolved immediately by Seller. Worth every penny.

Nice looking. Bad fitment.
Sadly, not a good fit. The window going up would get caught on the visor whether the metal clips were installed or not.
