Minor note: The pillow may feel firmer at first and can take a couple of nights to fully adjust to your preferred comfort level. Good product, quality and shape, but take time to get comfortable

I had ordered a similar version of this pillow previously and was really happy with how soft it was, but it was thinner than excepted. Found this when I tried to reorder, and was pleasantly surprised. This version is thicker and firmer, but still soft. My husband who usually likes traditional fluffy pillows has switched to this one being his favorite. I also npticed that his snoring has drastically reduced since using this pillow. I will be purchasing this one again to replace the older version I have. When I use his pillow my neck feels so much better! The quality is excellent. It provides firm support, but in a very comfortable way without causing pain to your ear like other firm pillows do for side sleepers.
