Can I use the dehumidifier immediately after receiving it?

Why are there water droplets inside the machine?

Is it normal if the compressor doesn’t start immediately after turning the unit on?

How does the smart defrost function work?

At low temperatures, frost may form on the evaporator or condenser. When detected, the unit enters defrost mode: the compressor stops, and the fan runs to melt the frost. After defrosting, the unit resumes normal operation.

Why is warm air coming out of the machine?

During operation, the dehumidifier pulls in humid air and releases drier air that is slightly warmer than room temperature. This is due to the internal heat exchange process and is completely normal.
