Outstanding !
Does an outstanding job of containing sweat that would normally flow into my eyes. Florida riding so 100 degree temps most days. Sweat Buster will fill up after an hour and need to be rung out but it works. I wash it after each use, just like underwear, because doing otherwise would be gross. Overpriced for a flat roll of microfiber and a strip of Velcro. The wife made one which works just as well for a fraction of the cost. Begged her to make more but sadly I've become accustom to her not giving me what I want or deserve as a faithful and loyal husband of 34 years. You'll see.

Really worked
Long story short, I sweat heavily under exertion in the heat. I have always had problems cycling, with sweat pouring off my forehead, burning my eyes, dripping all over my sunglasses, and basically blinding me. For years I have used the Sweat Gutr, and that worked fairly well, but far from perfectly. I got frustrated after a recent mountain biking trip and started looking for other sweat solutions, and hit on this. I have just tried it on another MTB trip as well as a long road bike ride the next weekend. All three days of riding were warm or hot with maximum humidity. The road bike ride was in the mid-to-high 90's. I was sweating massively on all three rides. Long story short, the Sweat Buster actually worked. I still was soaked all over and had sweat pouring out of my helmet. But I actually had zero problems with sweat in my eyes or sunglasses. Of course I took the opportunity to wipe and shake and wring out on longer stops, but my riding was generally unaffected. So I am calling this one a win, and will use regularly now.

Uncomfortable/Too thick
Wish this worked. I have a Smith road bike helmet. This band replaces the sweatband that comes built-in to your helmet. Mine easily came out and was replaced with the Sweat Buster but it's so thick that it changed the way my helmet sits on my head. It causes a sharp pain in the back of my skull. No matter how I try to re-position the Sweat Buster I get the same pain. Wish it worked. It's a good 1/2 inch thick.

A game changer!
Houstonians know a thing or two about profuse sweating. We soak through our clothes walking from the parking lot to the office. When I ride my bike on a hot day, my head is like a broken sprinkler. Sweat Buster is the ONLY product that has ever kept the sweat out of my eyes. It's better than those Halo head bands, and the thin polyester/spandex doo rag thingies. (I have tried both of these items.)This product is the real deal...and an amazing product-- well worth $15 if you live in a tropical climate. I wish I had purchased 2.

A No-Brainer for Hot Days
This is a no-brainer, must have add to your helmet if you ride is hotter temperatures and find that your sweat keeps dripping down to your eyes and glasses. I sweat A LOT so I still combine this with a light headband. This combo completely eliminates dripping. By light head band, I am referring to the nylon ones meant to keep hair out of your face. Alone, neither the headband or the sweat buster prevent all dripping for me. Again, I sweat a lot so that may just be me but the combination of the two works 100% of the time.

Finally something works
These are great at keeping the sweat out of your eyes on your bike helmet. Just goes in place of either your front pad or on some helmets can just add. I use Fox helmets and just need to cut some of the liner in place and add a few velcro dots and voile! Works better than using a Halo V, the previous best option as it doesn't leave the silicon band mark embossed in your forehead for hours after riding. Just remember to take out and rinse every time you sweat in it much. I bought some extras as I ride most days and then they can dry for a couple days. Scary how much sweat you can wring out after a long ride.

Wow! what a great product!
I have a helmet that seems to hold a ton of sweat, right until it doesn't. I would get about 2/3 into my ride, then the sweat would start pouring out, into my eyes, on my glasses etc.I used a HALO, but still no goodI found this product, and I have not looked back. It was simple to install. Just remove the front pads, add little of the included velcro, then in it goes.I just got back from a week in Utah. it was hot, and I never had a problem with sweatIt is not bulky at all, and you don't even know it is there. I take it out now and then and wash it. Then back it goesGreat Product!

Pleasantly Surprised!
I've used these on two 50+ mile rides on very hot days and they worked really well. They fit perfectly in my helmet and I did not need to use the extra Velcro stickers that came with the sweat busters. I did get some sweat down the side of my eyes but not much and these things picked up the majority of my sweat. I do notice them when I first put on my helmet and they make it feel more snug but that feeling goes away after a couple of minutes. They are very easy to clean and I like them better than my Halo sweatbands. I'm going to see how they hold up for the rest of my summer rides and if they stay the same I'm getting another package.
