Each piece clearly labeled and instructions were excellent. Very easy for one person to put together. I did use a rubber mallet to insure a good fit. Love the two storage areas. Will see if they stand up to AZ's brutal sun.

This item broke the first time used. I'm in south Florida, I had the item in the sun which heated the plastic to scalding that in turn caused the material to become easily flexible. The first time getting out of the tub and stepping on the bottom step it gave way and I fell straight down landing on the top step which then also gave way. As far as I'm concerned, it's untrustworthy and dangerous. I requested a refund and was offered replacement parts, or I could keep it for a partial refund of $15.00. Really, $15? After reading a few of the negative reviews I see that others had similar issues and offers of replacement but reported various complications and even double billing headaches. I do not trust the item nor the company though I did receive a full refund.

Solid entry steps that sit flush with my Integrity Oahu spa These are the steps I use to get in and out of my new Integrity Oahu spa, and they sit tight against the side so it feels more like a built in entry than a loose stool pushed next to it. The top surface is wide enough that stepping on it feels like stepping onto a low porch landing instead of balancing on a skinny rung. Assembly was clear. The pieces snap into each other with an audible click, and the instructions match the shapes in front of you, so you are not guessing which panel goes where. After everything is snapped together, a few screws pull it tight so the frame does not flex when you climb on. Once in place, the steps feel solid underfoot. The panels feel thick and rigid when you tap on them, and the tread gives enough grip that I do not think about footing when people step up or down. The width lines up with that side of the spa, so visually it looks like part of the spa rather than an add on. The tradeoff is that this is more like a small bench that stays in one spot than a little step you move around. After it is fully assembled and pushed into position, it feels like something you leave there instead of something you drag to a new spot every day. For my Integrity Oahu spa, it has given me a steady way to step in and out without feeling like I might slip or tip off the edge.

We recently bought a house that had a big drop from the back porch to the ground. We bought 4 of them and use them as steps for that but these are pretty heavy duty and easy to put together. They even each come with a screwdriver. Seems to keep water (rain) out as well. They are decently heavy but I can carry them myself as a thin female. Looks just like the picture!

The hot tub steps are a great fit for anybody. The weight limit says 1000lbs per step. We have not tried to meet that exact weight limit but have come close with two adults and children on the steps at the same time. The steps held up well! They have ample storage under both steps to keep various items. Assembly for the steps was quite ridiculous. The pamphlet states that certain parts will 'click' together. They do not. Luckily we had a mallet to use to help assemble this. Once we had the mallet, assembly went much quicker and easier. The hinges were very hard to tighten because there isn't much room for your hand. The white steps have grooves so they don't get slippery when wet. I feel the steps could have more grooves or make them more prominent for extra safety. Overall, these steps would make getting in and out of the hot tub much easier.

Best money I've spent. I needed steps for my shed and these are perfect! Packaged great, easy instructions and it even came with a screwdriver. Sturdy. Highly recommend
