M4 x 14mm cap screws, they work.
I needed 8 screws, I priced them at the local hardware store and figured out it would be over $8 so why not buy 50... so that is what I did. They fit perfectly as they are M4. Quality wise they look good and work, will they corrode, I don't know yet, but so far they look good. I needed these for my Ineos Grenadier so I could add cable routing parts. Works perfectly.

Very happy with purchase
Semi-magnetic screws so they're not pure stainless steel but I couldn't get them to rust in salt water solution for over 2 weeks so I'm satisfied.
