We buy meat in bulk from restaurant supply stores. Sometimes we buy boxes of trim. All of this means we regularly end up with large cuts that need a little help staying together before going into the oven. This netting's been extremely useful for that. There’s a lot here. Like, lifetime supply levels of a lot. The amount you get for the current price (under $15) is pretty amazing. I’ve used it so far for oven roasts but haven’t used it on anything smoked yet. That's mostly because the next thing on the menu is ribs, which don’t really need netting. When we get back to larger roasts or something like a smoked pork shoulder, this will get a lot more use. For anyone who buys meat in bulk or works with larger cuts regularly, having this on hand might really make your life easier.

It can be cut with scissors and/or removed by hand. It is great for home cooking and/or small businesses.
