Strong Performance for High Humidity Areas
After moving to a more humid area, I noticed that running the air conditioner alone wasn’t enough to control the moisture, especially in spaces with limited airflow. On humid days, I turn it on before leaving the house, and it helps improve the overall air quality by the time I return. Overall, it has been a practical solution for managing humidity in larger spaces.

The best ever. Every 3rd year or so we would always have to buy a new dehumidifier. This one is high quality and works really well. The best!

Dissapointed
Very unreliable and almost no customer service. I bought one with a pump to pump the condensation to a drain but it doesn’t work. Then after a few weeks I am getting an error code of Eb and there is no troubleshooting available. Definitely avoid this unit!

Well-packaged and solid build – Buying for basement dehumidification
I received this 145-pint commercial dehumidifier some time ago but just unboxed it today as I plan to use it for basement dehumidification. I was impressed by how sturdy and secure the packaging was—everything was tightly packed and perfectly intact despite sitting in storage for a bit. Although I haven't officially run it yet, the build quality feels solid and durable. I'll update the review on its actual performance and the pump feature once it's up and running!

Great little machine!!!
Top of the line !!! Easy to operate with almost no noise easy to operate and maintain. Just run a drain hose and no manual emptying needed. Covers a large area compact size fits well in any area takes moisture out of the air quickly. No leaking… Will be buying another one for my other property.
