This item needs pulled off the site the market it is not safe its a burn and fire hazard !!! this thing shorted out in less then 5 min burn my hand til i ould drop it and unplug be careful people

This is wonderful you have 2 sizes which is good, it works well heats fast and cut easily.

Amazing tool but don't force it to cut it stops heating off and on but the designs are cool once u cut with it!!

Had to return the little one didn’t work and i also think it was pre used, said to take of plastic cover first before use was no plastic cover. It did come with everything and looked like it would be amazing to have.

This thing is pretty much worthless will cut and each if you're lucky and then you have to let it eat up again for 5 minutes

A hot wire foam cutter lives or dies on one thing: consistent, reliable heat. If the wire doesn't hold a steady temperature, you're not cutting — you're dragging a lukewarm wire through foam and hoping for the best. This one heats up intermittently, cycling on and off unpredictably during use, which makes clean, controlled cuts essentially impossible and tells you everything you need to know about the internal components and quality control that went into it. The bigger issue is the build quality itself. When a tool that runs on electrical resistance and generates sustained heat feels flimsy and poorly assembled in your hands, that's not a cosmetic complaint — that's a safety flag. I'm not comfortable operating any heat-generating electrical tool when I don't trust that the connections, insulation, and housing were assembled with any real consistency. The fact that I felt the need to put on welding gloves just to test it should not be the baseline for a product like this. For foam carving, prop building, or DIY craft work, you need a cutter you can run for extended sessions without second-guessing whether it's going to behave. This isn't that. There are better-built options at similar or lower price points that don't require protective gear just to handle them — spend a few extra minutes researching before buying in this category.
