You are right, but keep in mind, Ripsters will not be that cheap for too much longer longer.

Can they be used for Razor Crazy Cart rear wheels?

I don't know for sure. I would contact Razor and ask someone in customer service if the wheels are interchangeable. I had no problem changing the wheels on the rip stick caster board with these or the rear wheels on the "Powerwing" toy by razor (same size).
