Understand that this unit has only one mode for each channel. Period. It has plenty if power for me at 50%. But all you can do is increase or lower the sensation. It simply doesn't have any other modes. No pulsating. No wave sensations. If you want more that what it has to offer, get one that does like I plan to do.

It is very easy to assemble and operate. Just insert the 3 included AAA batteries, follow instructions on placing electrode pads and machine operation and you are ready to go. While I have never used a TENS machine/unit before to compare this one too, I can say the controls and stimulation are quite nice. Nothing too aggressive, but can definitely feel relief. I have used this for probably 10 hrs and the battery life is still about half way discharged. I do wish this unit had a rechargeable battery, but not a deal breaker, I will just buy a bunch of AAA batteries, well worth it. The pads stick easily and remove easily. I shopped for replacement pads for this unit and they are readily available and reasonably priced, so that is a huge plus. I would 100% recommend this unit.

I find that this helps. I say that it helps when you're using it in a short-term. Which I do appreciate. With a little complicated for me to figure out. There are helpful instructions. But I do get a little stressed out about putting the pads on right with all the warnings . But so far so good. I do think this might be easier to use then when I previously had. But at home units are a little complicated sometimes so to speak prepared for that. But overall I think it's a good value and a solid four stars

Very nice compact and decently priced unit. Wish the batteries were rechargeable but the AAA batteries last a long time. Start at a low setting if you are not used to it and build up to where you are comfortable with the current. Its easy to use and the LCD screen make it easy to see what its doing and make adjustments. Effectiveness is a mixed bag as some people will say they work and others will say the opposite but I have tried it a few times with some relief. Well built and should last. Happy with this purchase.

So the very first thing I noticed about this DUAL CHANNEL TENS UNIT MUSCLE STIMUKLATOR MACHINE when it arrived is its compact size! I used to have one of those old original very large TENS Units back in the day about 20yrs ago & I used it so much that I wore it out & it finally stopped working about 5-6yrs. ago so I jumped at the chance to try this out! I suffer from 5 herniated discs, 2 bulging ones, neuropathy, a bad hip, and RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis) along with Fibromyalgia & some other issues as well so to have something that stimulates your nerves & muscles is truly wonderful! It's so small that you can carry it with you anywhere. Has a clip on the back to literally clip it on your shirt, pants, etc. Lightweight so you don't feel like you are being weighed down with this big clunky thing. Comes with a supposedly dual-channel unit and 40 electrode pads w/ their own leads. Adhesive on the pads are super tacky & do not leave a sticky mess behind. The second this came I opened it immediately & was very much looking forward to using it even just at night while watching TV, or sitting here when I am typing my reviews. My legs are always in pain as well as my back, arms & neck. Comes in a branded box which I feel is always a bonus in case you want to send as a gift, presentation says so much. The old one I had was all manual, with knobs, this is all digital. the LED Display panel is easy to see & read. Bright, buttons are easy to push. Comes with a very thorough simple to understand instruction pamphlet. Needs 3 AAA batteries, they included starter batteries for your convenience so you can use these right out of the box. My issues comes in where I got everything set up, all the menus worked properly, put it on my back where I wanted to use it, followed the instructions to a T.....and I could barely feel it. So I looked at the directions & where I saw about the intensity but as I have demonstrated in the video it will NOT go any higher. The dual channel sits at the lowest possible intensity on BOTH channels. I thought maybe the batteries weren't strong enough or almost dead so I switched them out with some new Duracell ones and notta, same thing. So although the unit itself is great, everything included is wonderful, if you can't get it any higher & can't feel it, it's pretty much pointless. The timer locked as it was supposed to. I don't know if this is a defective one, if the main leads are bad or what the issue is. It's a shame because I would've gotten a lot of use out of this and for the price of $39.90 (at time of posting this, 10/28/25) that seems like a pretty good deal considering what it should be able to do, all the pads included and it's ability to relieve some pain overall. So if you get a working one then I definitely feel this is worth it.

I am very pleased with this product, as it includes plenty of application pads. While it runs on three batteries, and is not a rechargeable device, the user can easily replace those three alkaline batteries with rechargeable batteries for a sustainable experience. The product includes an LCD screen and the pics various body parts so that you can Ensure you are choosing the exact massage therapy that you are looking for. There are two separate ports so that you can experience two separate massaging experiences, and the product overall is of very good quality.
