Excellent!
Very helpful to me in my planning law class. This book was not required (or even suggested) but I have found it helpful giving the specifics as well as showing the big picture and how everything ties together.

Pretty Good
Good, dense, informative, usually well written but for the occasional typo.He weaves some of the Takings cases (e.g. Nolan and Dollan) into just about every area of Zoning and Land use, which after 350 pages gets annoying. But this is forgivable, particularly if I get a good grade in this course due to this book.
