I don’t give 5-star ratings easily, but this backpack genuinely earned it. The build quality is solid, the zippers feel durable, and the overall design is very well thought out. Bought this to use on a trip to Hawaii. Itbholds a lot and did not weigh much. The area you use the air suction on does hold a lot of clothing but you still have to leave room to zip it closed but after you have shrunk it you can fit more clothing into the space.

I really like this backpack. It has many compartments and it’s perfect for traveling. The straps around the shoulder are comfortable. I like to travel light. I was able to fit 4 shorts and 5 shirts in the vacuum compartment of the bag plus my toiletry as well as my laptop and iPad plus a bunch of other stuff.

Used this first time to travel with no other back was able to pack a full weekend shoes clothes and all personal products and didn’t have to check bag and made it thru security perfectly!

We used the pump once and now it won’t work. It’s fully charged and just clicks when we try to turn it on. Can someone reach out to me about a replacement? We seriously used this once since purchased. It seems like a great product but if I can’t vacuum the bag this really makes this bag completely useless

Can get as much in this backpack as you would a carry on. But feels better to carry. Great product
