JUST USE A LITTLE!
Listen to the warnings on the product page. Just use a little bit, and gradually, GRADUALLY, add more if you need it! I felt like I didn't have enough lubricant the first time I used it so I squeezed in a few globs. After a couple minutes, it felt like I was in a red-hot metal pipe, and it kept burning after I pulled out. I had to take two cold showers with soap to get rid of the burning. This is the first warming lubricant I've used that actually adds proper heat to the experience instead of just a slight warming sensation, but please be sure to just use a small amount to avoid burning yourself! Edit: Just finished a "successful" session with this. My advice--apply a small amount of lubricant (a bit less than you'll typically use), then add some normal lubricant to sort of dilute it. I had a bottle of this stuff and some Fleshlube Water and went about 50/50 between the two. It caused some warmth that was a bit too much for my preference, but after tweaking the amount of this stuff and the FL Water I had in, I got to a comfortable temperature and was able to finish. Your results may vary.

Is it supposed to hurt?
Lube life has lots of great products, but this one has fallen way out of line for various reasons. The warming sensation isn’t immediate which isnt a huge problem but once it kicks in its TERRIBLE. From one man to another, with the utmost care and integrity i have, this is not the lube you want. For an accurate frame of reference: imagine you cut a jalapeño, you may feel a slight burn on your hands from the capsaicin, but imagine, now, the burning sensation amplified in tenfold after you promptly grab your baby maker and rub jalapeño over your entire disco stick. In a review i saw only after the package was delivered i read that theres something called ‘Capsicum Frutescens’ which basically translates to, yet again, rubbing habanero peppers on your spawn hammer. On another note, the burning kills the mood and to make matters worse the lube has trouble keeping its substance, it becomes watery and grippy (in a ouchy kinda way) pretty fast. Instead of going for the burning-your-hotdog approach to warming lube- go for one that warms with friction, not absorption like this one. The warming sensation may not last as long as LubeLife warming lube but trust me, youre not missing anything.

A little goes along way
So I’m giving my Honest opinion on this product. So I keep reading on how people feel a burning feeling like if you just rubbed your meat in chilly peppers . So I was gonna use this product three times one with really lite lube Second little more heavy on the lube Third super heavy My first time with lite lube was great nice warm feeling still really silky and not sticky and no burning station only thing is when I pull my meat out and the cold air hits it makes it feel little sensitive like little heat and cold like ice hot feeling. My second time I when little more heavy on the lube and let me tell you something after like less then a min of friction I started feeling my meat feel like If I rubbed icy hot on it but again feeling wasn’t to bad yet just little uncomfortable I continue and finish and right away jump into the shower to wash it off as it was starting to get to sensitive with the heating feeling. So for my third attempt I will not be trying that as the second time was pretty intense and I’m not trying to traumatize myself. This product is great I say just use really little I used only one pump and that was way more then enough to get my business done great product. Wouldn’t recommend for super sensitive people. My sensitivity level 1-10 10 being the highest sensitive lvl I’m at like a 7 so yeah I don’t think this is bad just can’t use a lot of it at one time .

Pretty good warming sensation but it takes a minute to kick in, and don't use too much
I tried the Lubelife Warming Lubricant, and overall, it was pretty decent. The warming sensation was noticeable, but it wasn’t insane burning—it was more of a mild heat, which I actually liked. However, if you use too much, it can get a bit too intense and feel more like a burn than a pleasant warmth. A little goes a long way, so I’d suggest starting with a small amount and adding more if needed. Otherwise, it can get uncomfortable quickly. Good for a mild warming experience, but be careful with the amount you apply

A refreshing alternative to warming gels, but a little goes a long way.
Between work, the kids, and my streaming schedule, my partner and I are usually exhausted by the end of the day. We've always avoided "warming" lubricants because they usually just feel like a harsh chemical burn. This cooling formula is a massive upgrade. It provides a subtle, pleasant tingle without any painful shocks or sticky residue. The water-based formula provides a great, long-lasting glide, meaning we aren't constantly stopping to reapply. It also washes off easily and doesn't stain our sheets. Interestingly, if you have an overhead ceiling fan running, the draft amplifies the cooling effect in a really great way. The cooling agents (like menthol) are potent, however. If you accidentally transfer this to unintended, highly sensitive areas, that pleasant tingle can quickly feel uncomfortably cold—almost like applying Icy Hot. Pros / Things to Note: Pro: Completely avoids the painful burning sensation of standard warming lubes. Pro: Excellent, long-lasting glide that doesn't get sticky or stain sheets. Thing to Note: The cooling effect is strong; apply carefully, or it can feel uncomfortably frosty on sensitive areas. The Bottom Line: A great, body-safe upgrade over harsh warming gels that adds a nice sensory element to your routine.

Very slippery
Although I felt zero heat or warming sensation, I do like this product because it works well at lubricating. It also lasts as it is not absorbed, so you don't have to keep reapplying. Decent value.

Water based is the way to go...
This lube is great! I've used silicone based in the past and it gave me a razor burn like rash. It made me feel insecure about my **** , then I discovered that water based is better for sensitive skin and all was well. I've been back to feeling confident about my **** This lube feels good even using it with a male masturbator bc of the warming sensation, but it feels out of this world with the real thing 😉 I'm getting older, but when I use this lube it gets me to my full 8 📏 & who doesn't love the shiney things in life with how this lube works on the skin. Plus it's easy to wash off or just absorb into the skin while not having to worry about irritation from silicone lube being left on the skin. Use this lube for sure! Especially if you groom/shave. Great product!!!!!!!!

Warming Lubricant? No, it’s BURNING Lubricant
My wife and I were interested in trying this. We used a very small amount to start just to be safe, a quarter of a teaspoon or less in volume. Very shortly after using it, the sensation went from mildly warm to extremely burning hot. So much so that it ruined the mood and we both hurried to clean the stuff off. Unfortunately the burning persisted for hours afterward. The next morning, my wife still had discomfort and went to urgent care, where they said she had a very mild chemical burn around her privates. They asked what was used and we showed them the lubricant. The doctor was absolutely astonished that the lube contained capsaicin in the form of Capsicum Frutescens — also known as chili peppers! — and told us to be rid of it. Thankfully there was no lasting damage but we definitely took the doctor’s advice and got rid of this stuff. I wouldn’t recommend it to an enemy, let alone a friend. There are a whole host of other warming water based lubricants out there and most of them don’t use capsaicin. Get one of those instead. FYI, the most well known member of the Capsicum Frutescens family is the Tabasco pepper. This lube is essentially diluted Tabasco sauce that they tell you is "safe" to smear on your privates! Avoid, avoid, AVOID.
