King Size Water Heated Blanket 76"x80" Water Circulation Heating Mechanical Temp Control Soft Polyester Cotton Energy Efficient Gray Bedding Pad

So far...not liking this. Says mattress pad.... but does not specify in any description on if it goes under or over the fitted sheet. Was searching for one to go under. Not heating yet. Been plugged in about 30 minutes. Beeps if the units that holds water is moved... but no light to indicate if it is on to heat. Just know with temp settings. Also the water unit is much larger than expected. Not sure where they expected it to be placed. Cord connections for heated units usually connect at the foot of the bed. However the tubes that connect to the unit are only about a foot or so long... therefore it has to stay near the foot of the bed and the power cord isn't much longer. No way to plug it in to the wall by the head of the bed without an extension cord. Not generally a place at the foot of any bed to place a huge water unit. And the "blanket" is lumpy ... uneven and rather stiff. Would NOT buy again or recommend.

Works great and good price

This king-size water-cooled heated blanket does provide consistent warmth, and unlike regular electric blankets, it doesn't produce dry heat. The 76-inch x 80-inch size fits my king-size bed perfectly, and the polyester-cotton fabric is soft and comfortable. It's energy-efficient, and the mechanical thermostat is easy to operate. The water-cooling system runs quietly, and the heat is evenly distributed across the blanket. It's a good choice for cold nights. However, I also noticed some drawbacks. Adding water takes some time and patience. Additionally, the overall workmanship feels average, and I wish the fabric were thicker. Its functions match the description, but didn't exceed my expectations.

Didn’t work right out the box. Turns on but doesn’t heat up

Although I sleep better being cool, with a pile of blankets and a duvet, the bottom sheet is still really cold when I get into bed. This water heated pad sounded like what I needed to take the chill off just enough that my feet and legs would warm up. It comes all rolled and nicely packaged in a reusable drawstring bag with clear easy instructions for how to set it up. The pad was the perfect size when I opened it out on a king-size bed. I unwrapped the hose and hooked it up to the bed pad - the hose pulls apart slightly into 2 sections to fit the 2 attachments on the pad. I had to unscrew 2 little caps on the heating canister to remove the little red plugs on the ends. Then to make sure the fit is secure you slide the caps back onto the hose before attaching the hose to the heating canister and screw them down tightly to prevent any leaking. I didn't actually measure the distilled water, just poured it in until the canister was filled and recapped it. I think the instructions say around 500 ml. The temperature can be set for anywhere from as low as 60 degrees to 150 degrees if you like a really warm bed. I set mine around 65 degrees since I prefer the bed to be cooler but not freezing, and it was the perfect temperature. As the water level decreases a light will come on on the canister to let you know. Laying on the bed, you can feel the tubing in the pad a little, but overall it is warm and comfortable. If this is bothersome you could always put a lightweight pad over it, but it honestly isn't that noticeable. At around $50, it is a great price and is working like a champ for me.
