full of mistakes
The book is full of mistakes. You can't trust the answers.

Wrong answers
The study guide is not a real study guide, but it's good to understand what kind of questions are asked at the exam. It's full of errors in the answers, so don't study based on the answers provided.

Too many Typos and wrong answers
This is the funny part. ASQ CSSBB book has quality issues with typos and wrong answer markings as if it was compiled in a hurry. Better go with QCI

Does not come with the CD
My book did not include the CD, I was unable to follow some of the examples because of this. The book superficially touches on many subjects, but only explains few in detail. This is a reference manual not a study guide

It was helpful but there were a lot of answers ...
It was helpful but there were a lot of answers that were wrong and explanations were completely off. Some questions repeat in the practice sections and the practice exam.

The practice questions were useful, but it is absolutely full of errors
The practice questions were useful, but it is absolutely full of errors. Which is ironic, considering that lean six sigma is all about reducing error...Also rather than referring the reader to the Certified Six Sigma Black Belt handbook which is advertised as the official source material for people studying for the certification exam, it refers readers to other books by the authors of this guide, which are sure to be of equally low quality.

This book had good examples, but
This book had good examples, but, to be honest, it only made me better because I was second guessing all of their answers. I would say 1 out of every 10 answers had a mistake. For a book that teaches quality, quality proofing was not performed.
