Great batteries, generally good enough for smoke alarms and things that OTHERS are not good for
I use these batteries frequently, my only complaint is that they did NOT come charged, no big thing, but they should not say pre charged if they are not. These are great batteries, you really have to look at stats on batteries to see the strength and type of battery they are, what chargers can be used with them. Way to easy to make a mistake and put the wrong battery in the wrong charger, all rechargeables are NOT the same.

Great Batteries & Charger. Charger will charge Both AA & AAA batteries. You can charge any combination & any number at the same time. Charger has good features & LED warning lights. Batteries are working well.

Uh...you still need your own power block...DUH
Although I do have a spare old App** usb outlet plug (perhaps left over from an older I-device), it seems EBL really should say that they're just giving you the usb cable but are not including any way for this charger to...I dunno...actually CHARGE the batteries... unless 1) you supply your USB power block, as mentioned, 2) you connect it to your computer's USB hub, assuming one of the ports is a USB-A. That's right -- "A", as in "Aw shucks...I thought the industry had already moved on to USB-C. Naturally, if you elect to go with charging strategy number 2, and shut that darling computer down, the charger likewise will likely no longer charge unless it is plugged into an "always on USB-A" port, which understandably is a lot of "ifs". Frankly, outside the darkweb, I can't think of anyone who would care that USB charging is "more secure than a standard two-prong power cord" unless a way to actually power it were included in the package.
