I did a lot of research on multivitamins for my children. We were originally using a popular “organic” multivitamin, however when I finally noticed how much sugar they contained (sugar feeds disease) then looked into what little vitamins they actually contained & I was shocked & felt tricked! These have much better variety & higher doses of vitamins essential for staying healthy like zinc, b12, & c (although my children take additional high absorption C these days) and are NOT sweetened with sugar! My children take 1 multivitamin in the morning & 1 in the evening. One of them complained of the “vitamin” taste at the beginning, but I told them it’s important for their health so they got used to it & haven’t complained since. Regarding cost: I am usually a very frugal person, however I feel that these vitamins are worth the money as it would cost me more to purchase all the supplements separately for all of my children. Regarding quality: I’ve noticed when I put the multivitamins into a daily dosing container after a couple days they turn slightly darker & more vibrant in color. I think it’s the moisture in the air (my cheap dosing containers don’t seal completely). We have purchased a bottle for each child per month for a while now & they have all been consistent in quality so no need to worry :)

My kids and myself have an MTHFR mutation that means our bodies can't process folic acid. We need to take methyl folate supplements. It is remarkably difficult to find chewable methylfolate. This has the correct dose for my children. It tastes good, it has a tart Berry flavor without any after taste. I cannot taste any iron in it. My kids like the flavor so much that they ask for these vitamins as treats. The tablets are circular discs, about the size of a dime. They are compressed well and don't leave a lot of dust at the bottom of the bottle. My kids behave civily when they remember to take them, so I am confident that there is high quality methylfolate in them (we notice an immediate attack of the grumps whenever one of us skips our methylfolate for the day, and not all forms of methylfolate are equal). I love these vitamins, if you have kids with an MTHFR mutation I highly recommend them!

Kids actually enjoy them. No forcing them to take vitamins. They just get spots on them over time which is unsightly.

I’ve used this for years and appreciate how clean the ingredients are. It’s also the only supplement brand my daughter takes without any trouble. It’s been reliable for us.

At first you do notice a nice flavor to the chewable, but then comes in the sour taste and it comes with a punch! Way too sour! The taste takes on everything else and I had no choice but to take it out and spit it. All 3 of my kids did the same right before me.

My kiddos love these vits! They like the taste and take it with no problems. I really like that the ingredients are top quality and not the generic type. The combination of vitamins are well thought out. When I see vitamins with copper and iron together, they compete with each other for absorption so null effect. They didn't include copper in this vitamin which to me shows they know what they are doing. I also like the fact that they put xylitol in there to protect our kiddos teeth and I thought I read somewhere that it causes strep to go away. Nice to have would be selenium too. Great multi for kids overall! I love it!

No junk sugars! It tastes great, my boys love it & mom approved. Ingredientes that I can pronounce & understand exactly what it is. Price is great, awesome value for your money!

I gave this product three stars, because I love the ingredients and trust this company for their quality products. The reason two stars are missing is because my daughter said they were a little sour for her, and I have a hard time getting her to eat them. That being said, every child is different and maybe my daughter is used to the sugary gummy treats that don't have the best ingredients. I'm going to continue to try to give her these, because I believe this is a really great product that will aid in overall good health for her.
