Draw length for this model, is not a typo at 27" maximum? you can not, or should not draw to eg 28"? the lb is at the draw set per this description?

Not 100% on what you mean but yes max drawl is 27”. You can have it set the # and the length to what you want.

What are the limbs made of?

They are a composite material. My daughter uses the bow, she likes it and can shoot very accurate with it. She bought better arrows though.

Is this bow ambidextrous?

This is a right hand bow meaning you hold the bow in your left hand and pull the string with your right. It is not ambidextrous.
