.Was hesitant to purchase because of the low price, thinking the quality would be sketchy, but I am glad to report that wasn’t the situation with this inverter. It is sturdy and very comfortable to get in and easily invert yourself on to get a good decompression of your spine and even relief of the pain of a pinched nerve/kink in your back. The ankle locking mechanism is the most comfortable I have encountered of my four previous inverters. This makes hanging non-painful and allows you to hang for a longer, more therapeutical time. The trick is to slowly work your way into a full incline and relax: loosen every part of your body. This model gives you the ability to limit how far over you go with a locking bar at three different levels so you can truly relax at your pace. Studies have shown that even a slight inversion is effective to take some of the compression off of your spine and get an effective stretch. I was truly surprised by the heat and massage cushion’s ability to help loosen my lower back as I hung inclined. The only things that I encountered as a slight hinderance was that it needs to be plugged into an outlet to work (the heat/massage cushion). But at least it will always run strong being plugged in and it did not interfere with the inclination. Lastly I found it a little harder to get back upright. I probably didn’t have it at the ideal setting for my height. Just remember not to panic and slowly pull on the arm bars while bending your knees to use the gravity and bring yourself upright. Take your time and get your bearings settled before attempting to dismount to be safe and just step down one foot at a time. As you get used to this it will get easier and you can explore different stretching techniques to add to your wellness journey. Its a great time to meditate. The cushion only stays on for 15 minutes at a time which is a good timer for your stretch. You can run it again if you would like to use it longer. Heat and intensity is variable. My husband and I and a few friends we made try it have found relief of our back pain that was starting to debilitate our ability to walk normally. Especially after trying chiropractics and not finding resolution there. Just don’t completely abandon it once it works or you will limit the effects it has on your fitness and circulation. Be well, eat well and treat one another well.

I’ve been using this inversion table for a while now, and overall me and my husband really impressed with it. The build quality feels solid and stable, The frame doesn’t wobble, and the locking system gives a good sense of safety. especially with the lumbar pad—it really helps target lower back tension . I use it about 10 minutes every day after work , very helpful for stretch my tight shoulder symptoms and back lumbar spine pain.

It is very heavy when delivered. Very easy to assemble. I love the heat and massage feature. I do manual labor for a living and i have a curved spine, so this relieves a lot of pressure in my back and the heat and massage is just a wonderful bonus. Very much worth what I paid for it. I love the 3 different tilt angles and very easy to tilt and get back up. I highly recommend it. Although the fold and store, is not as easy as other devices. Very durable.

Very solid product. Very solid price. Very happy customer. 2 points for the consumer: 1) during assembly you will have to give a wide berth to the instruction manual as this model seems to be improving faster than the printed instructions (ankle support upgrade, for example) and 2) a single person can move the unit if one takes care only to grip two fixed points such as the center of the cross bar and a handlebar. The video currently available is accurate. I always stay with no more than 4 stars because that fifth star belongs to the test of time, which I cannot attest to now.

It was Fun to Assemble. Clear directions, labeled hardware, tools included. And that awesome moment of lifting up and over with an arm movement! My L3,L4,L5 have disk loss and bone spurs. Been in treatment for over a year. I feel this reduces the pain enough to make it worth while. It does jiggle getting in and out of the footholds. Just have to trust that 300 lb load limit!!

Works great, feels sturdy. Great value. We especially like the long foot adjustment handle. The back is very comfortable. We use it without the removable lumbar support. We are female and male both avg height and weight.

This is an amazing inversion table. I had the generation 1 from yoleo and it had helped me overcome all my standard back pain from sitting and gravity. However, this is the next level of inversion table and everyone should graduate to a model like this. It goes back even further if you set it to and has heat and massage. I get such a good back and neck stretch sometimes i crack in the best way possible. It's also more industrial and sturdy. Never had any issues with the other but this is tougher. Also it has a really easy adjustment for different heights and decline level so it's more accessible to people with different heights and inversion practice. Value for money: I think this is a solid inversion table, it's better than my parents that spent more than twice as much on theirs.
