Useful rain gauge.
Useful, easy to use and install, clean and clear to read. Can blow away in a high wind so a stone inside helps to stabilise it. A bit fragile and can break if bashed, but cheap enough to replace. A good present for a man, and good if you like keeping track of how much rain is falling.

Simple and practical, 1mm resolution, excellent for knowing actual rainfall in your garden so you can make watering decisions. Bought my last one in 2019, six years ago, was a third the price I just paid!Probably should try to use in a more shady area to limit UV damage - see photo

Does a good job effectively. Simple to use, simple to read. Downside is they don't survive in severe winter weather very well. I have had several of these over the years and are value for money.
