I can’t get them off the backing papers! Useless

Have you wetted them enough after removing the plastic film?

How do you use these? There was no instructions?

Like a normal temporary tattoo. Remove the clear film from the tattoo, place face down on the skin and place a wet cloth on the back on the tattoo for a minute or so

Are rhey easy to remove after?

Yes mine came off with abit of make up remover, they looked awesome and got some jewels to stick on too.
